Collier County Supervisor of Elections Urges Citizens to Register to Vote on National Voter Registration Day

Collier County — Tuesday, September 25, is National Voter Registration Day and the Collier County Supervisor of Elections has partnered with local businesses and government facilities to host voter registration drives ahead of the 2018 General Election.
Scheduled Voter Registration Drives Include:
• North Collier Regional Park Gym: 7-9 a.m.
• County Government Complex: 8 a.m.-3 p.m.
• GreenTree Tax Collector’s Office: 9 a.m.- 1 p.m.
• Driver License Office: 9 a.m.- 1 p.m.
• Golden Gate Community Park Gym: 4-6 p.m.
• League of Women Voters candidate forum at South Regional Library: 6-7:30 p.m.
The Collier County Supervisor of Elections office will also partner with the Lee County Supervisor of Elections office to assist Hertz employees in registering to vote and will be at the Naturalization Ceremony in Fort Myers to register new citizens ahead of the General Election.
Residents must be at least 18 years old to vote and must be a citizen of the United States of America. Residents can also register online at www.CollierVotes.com. Citizens can pre-register to vote as early as 16 years old.
