Glades County Arrest Report

The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges. 

• Hilton Arias, 46, Homestead, was arrested July 9 and charged with drug possession, possession of marijuana and moving traffic violations. Bond was set at $13,500.
• Drayton Billie, 24, Okeechobee, was arrested July 14 and charged with three counts cruelty to animals. $45,000.
• Emerson Billie, 45, Okeechobee, was arrested July 14 and charged with three counts cruelty to animals. $45,000.
• Tony Billie, 18, Hollywood, was arrested July 14 and charged with battery and aggravated battery. Bond was set at $13,500.
• Joshua Kolotka, 31, Moore Haven, was arrested July 10 and charged with attempted homicide, aggravated battery, aggravated assault and arson. He is being held without bond.
• Nicki Osceola, 37, Okeechobee, was arrested July 10 and charged with violation of probation/felony, possession of drug paraphernalia and drug possession. She is being held without bond.
• Katherine Wilson, 33, LaBelle, was arrested July 8 and charged with four counts cruelty to animals. Bond was set at $17,000.
