Ms. Jackson has been a social worker for the majority of her adult career. She received her Bachelor of Arts, majoring in Sociology/Criminal Justice with a minor in English, from Shaw University and a Master of Arts, majoring in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, from Webster University in 2019. Currently, she is a Clinical Mental Health Therapist with Legacy Behavior Health, a School Behavior Health Professional with the Palm Beach County School district in which she teaches Social-Emotional Learning to students in grades K-5.

She also facilitates social-emotional learning groups, social/coping skills, promoting positive behavior, teaching students about being buddies and not bullies, and encouraging her students to actively engage in random acts of kindness.

She is the CEO/Co-Owner of Glades H&J Agency and Fresh Start Mobile Notary. In addition, she has advocated on behalf of the elderly, low-income families, and individuals with disabilities, eagerly accepting each role with confidence and perseverance. She has dedicated her life’s work to being a devoted social worker, community servant, activist, and most importantly, a mother to her children.

Ms. Jackson has continued to work two jobs throughout the pandemic providing therapy to her clinical clients. When schools were closed, she continued to provide services via telehealth and in person all while following COVID protocols, making home visits to assist families with obtaining available COVID-19 assistance, and assisted with virtual learning services.

She exemplifies love of her community through service and involvement with the many organizations in which she is a member. She always gives her best and strives for better in all of her endeavors. Hope Jackson is undoubtedly a great asset to her community and a life changer!
