PALM BEACH COUNTY — The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office (PBSO), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), or the Department of Corrections (DOC) in Belle Glade, Pahokee, South Bay or Canal Point.
• Gregory Garvin, 38, Pruitt Road, Belle Glade, was arrested Jan. 17 by PBSO and charged with battery - prior conviction battery commit second subsequent battery. Bond has not been set.
• Curtis Brown, 54, S.W. Third St., Belle Glade, was arrested Jan. 18 by PBSO and charged with burglary - occupied dwelling unarmed. Bond was set at $3,000.
• Dieusirlomme Charlemond, 35, South Main Street, Belle Glade, was arrested Jan. 18 by PBSO and charged with larceny - petit theft merchant farm transit second prior conviction. Bond was set at $5,000.
• Tremaine Carrigan, 22, Southwest Avenue D, Belle Glade, was arrested Jan. 20 by PBSO and charged with two counts of carrying concealed weapon - unlicensed firearm. Bond was set at $6,000.
• Willdy Auguste, 31, Southwest First Street, Belle Glade, was arrested Jan. 20 by PBSO and charged with cocaine possession and probation violation. Bond has not been set.
• Samuel Tarver, Southwest Sixth Street, Belle Glade, was arrested Jan. 23 by PBSO and charged with robbery - by sudden snatching without firearm or weapon, and battery - on person 65 years of age or older. Bond was set at $10,000.
• William Richardson, 50, North Elm Avenue, Pahokee, 50, was arrested Jan 17 by PBSO and charged with cocaine possession, and drug possession - controled substance without prescription. Bond was set at $6,000.
• Jerry Wallace, Jr., 27, Eisenhower Drive, Pahokee, was arrested Jan. 20 and charged with marijuana possession over 20 grams, marijuana possession with intent to sell, manufacture or deliver, drug possession - control ed substance without prescription, and three counts of durg equipment possession - and or use. Bond was set at $9,000.
