State Farm agent Kelly Richards named as Volunteer of the Year

IMMOKALEE — At the Believing in Girls Empowerment Luncheon, Pace Center for Girls - Collier at Immokalee announced State Farm agent Kelly Richards as this year’s recipient of the Pace Volunteer of the Year award.

Kaleigh Admire, Special Projects Associate for Pace presented the award to Richards saying “Kelly has stood out as someone who goes above and beyond to help our girls. Each holiday Kelly shows up with gifts for the girls whether it be treats at Halloween or fuzzy socks at Christmas time.”

“I am humbled, ecstatic to have been named the Pace Center for Girls - Immokalee Volunteer of the Year! I never would have imagined such an honor,” expressed Richards. “I truly love working with the girls and doing what I can to support the Pace mission.”

State Farm agent Kelly Richards is currently working on projects for the coming year and has signed up to sponsor several events at the center. “Volunteers like Kelly are gems,” shares Marianne Kearns, Executive Director for the center. “Kelly lifts up the girls and the staff with acts of kindness that make a positive impact at our center.”
