Brennan Eyecare offers day of free service to the needy

Posted

OKEECHOBEE -- Brennan Eye Care will provide free eye care for those in need on Dec. 13.

"This is the time of year that makes all of us realize our blessings and we at Brennan Eye Care would like to give back to those less fortunate," explained  Dr. Christine Bishop.

On Dec. 13, 2021  Breenan Eye Care will provide eye care for those in need.  "This is the 12th year we have decided to provide free eye exams for 20 needy patients, and in conjunction with Treasure Coast Optometric Society we will be providing free eyewear," she explained.

If you are aware of a person in need, please have them stop by Brennan Eye Care, 710 South Parrott Avenue in Okeechobee, to fill out an application and return it to the office by Dec. 9.  An officer of the Optometric Society will screen the applications so that those most in need will be selected.

Dr. Bishop and Dr. J Patrick Brennan and the staff at Brennan Eye Care hope to make the holiday season a little brighter for the community.

If you have any questions about the 12th Annual Eye Care for the Needy, please contact the office 863-467-0595.
