OKEECHOBEE — Circuit Judge Rebecca White was the guest speaker at the June 9 Kiwanis Club of Okeechobee meeting. Judge White spoke on her work in dependency court and her plans to begin a early childhood court for children age 5 and under. She was introduced by Sherriff Noel Stephen.
