Code Enforcement Special Magistrate rules on violations

OKEECHOBEE – The Okeechobee County Code Enforcement Special Magistrate reviewed cases involving violation of the county code at a May 18 hearing.

• The 3793 U.S. 441 property rented by Eddie Gispert and owned by Margaret B. Rowland, Kimberly Rowland, Rhett Rowland was found in violation of county code. The property owners and tenant were ordered to remove unlicensed vehicles and mechanical parts. If the property is not up to code by June 10, it could be subject to fines up to $250 per day.

• The 1772 N.E. Third Street property owned by the Estate of Willie Nell Barrett was found to be in violation of county code. If the property is not up to code by June 10, it could be subject to fines up to $250 per day.

• The 5928 95th Trail property owned by Alexander George Brock, was found to be violation of county code. The property owner was ordered to pay $40 per day until the property is in compliance.

• The 6022 S.E. 95th Trail property belonging to the William G. Ledford and Vergie M. Ledford Estate, was found to be in violation of county code. If the property is not up to code by June 10, it could be subject to fines up to $250 per day.

• The 4344 S.E. 23rd Court property owned by Charles E. Lepley Sr. was found to be in violation of county code. The property owner was ordered to pay an administrative fine of $50 per day until the property is up to code.

• The 1495 N. Tucker Ridge Road property owned by Jarvis Johnson and Leona Johnson was found to be in violation of county code. The property owner was ordered to pay an administrative fine of $30 per day until the property is up to code.

• The 1645 S.W. 11th Street, property owned by Willie W. Tindell and Kaitlin Ecker was found to be in violation of county code. If the property is not up to code by June 10, it could be subject to fines up to $250 per day.

• The 7235 N.E. Fourth Street property owned by Bobby Forrester was found in violation of county code. If the property is not up to code by June 10, it could be subject to fines up to $250 per day.

• The 15783 N.W. 280th Street property owned by Marc DiPace was reviewed by the magistrate on May 18 and found to be in compliance with county code. The complaint was dismissed.

• The 13012 N.E. 14th Avenue property owned by Maria Del Carmen Rodriguez was reviewed by the magistrate on May 18 and found to be in compliance with county code. The complaint was dismissed.

• The 104 N.E. 14th Street property owned by Pools USA was found in violation of county code. If the property is not up to code by June 10, it could be subject to fines up to $250 per day.

• The 1401 State Road 70 property owned by Pools USA was found in violation of county code. If the property is not up to code by June 10, it could be subject to fines up to $250 per day.

• The 2054 State Road 70 property owned by Rio Lerman LLC was found in violation of county code. If the property is not up to code by June 10, it could be subject to fines up to $250 per day.

• The 20 N.W. 115th Drive property owned by Robert Lee Landress was reviewed by the magistrate on May 18 and found to be in compliance with county code. The complaint was dismissed.

• The 2050 S.E. 24th Blvd. property owned by Jennifer Lynn Day was found to be violation of county code. If the property is not up to code by June 10, it could be subject to fines up to $250 per day.

• The 1723 N.E. Second Street property owned by Mireyba Martinez was found to be in violation of county code. If the property is not up to code by June 10, it could be subject to fines up to $250 per day.

• The code enforcement case in regard to the 2101 S.E. 33rd Street property owned by Ralph J. Collins and Barbara N. Collins was reviewed by the magistrate on May 18, and tabled until June 15.

• The 2922 S.E. 24th Street property owned by Christopher Amsden was found to be in violation of county code. If the property is not up to code by June 10, it could be subject to fines up to $250 per day.

• The 16384 N.W. 272nd Street property owned by Ronald John Reid was found to be in violation of county code. If the property is not up to code by June 10, it could be subject to fines up to $250 per day.

• The 17068 N.W. 306th Street property owned by Nicholas Hugo Diaz Hoiman was found to be in violation of county code. If the property is not up to code by June 10, it could be subject to fines up to $250 per day.

• The 154 NW 300th Street property owned by Matthew Gibson and Jessika Thomas was found to be in violation of county code. If the property is not up to code by June 10, it could be subject to fines up to $250 per day.
