OKEECHOBEE -- COVID-19 testing is available in Okeechobee County at the following sites:
Florida Department of Health: 863-462-5800 by appointment only for first responders
Okeechobee Urgent Care: 863-484-8154. No appointment needed. Walk-in seven days a week 8 a.m. – 7 p.m. on Monday through Friday. 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday. 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Sunday. NOTE: There may be a charge or insurance required for asymptomatic testing
CVS Pharmacy: testing ages 3 and up by appointment only at CVS.com
Free COVID-19 vaccines and boosters are available at the following locations:
Florida Department of Health in Okeechobee County 863-462-5800, by appointment only
CVS Pharmacy 863-763-3169 – Vaccines for ages 12 & up – walk-in from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Appointments recommended. Boosters available for ages 16 and older

Regeneron Monoclonal Antibody Therapy for COVID-19 are availabe by appointment at the St. Lucie County Fairgrounds (15601 Midway Road, Fort Pierce, Fla. 34945), Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. The patient must be 12-years old or older and at least 88 lbs. The treatment is for those who have recently tested positive for COVID-19 or have had direct exposure to COVID-19.
