Emele Lawrence honored by county commission

OKEECHOBEE -- Emele Lawrence was honored by the Okeechobee County Commission at their Feb. 10 meeting in the Historic Okeechobee County Courthouse. Lawrence was named 2021 American Ranch Horse Association World Show Champion and National Champion for Youth Roping.
