School food services departments hold decorating contest

Posted

OKEECHOBEE — The Okeechobee Food Service Department had a #10 can Christmas decorating contest. A #10 can is a very large can that holds fruits or vegetables. The kitchens knocked it way out of the park with these entries! They were displayed at the Okeechobee Freshman Campus on Dec. 19, and  district office employees voted for their favorites. No schools/offices were identified during voting.

The first place winner went to the Grinch Whoville entry, created by Cindy Ebanks and Dana Boully at the food service office.
