Glades County Arrest Report

The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges.

• Henderson Holigan was arrested Aug. 11 and charged with trespass and resisting an officer with violence. Bond was set at $7,500.
• Lara Franklin was arrested Aug. 13 and charged with delivery or distribution of methamphetamine, trafficking in fentanyl, two counts conspiracy to traffic in a controlled substance, trafficking and amphetamines or methamphetamines and possession with intent to sell opium.
• Samuel Smith Jr. was arrested Aug. 15 and charged with possession of cocaine. Bond was set at $5000.
• Marco Colon was arrested Aug. 12 and charged with burglary.
• Adolfo Magana was arrested Aug. 12 and charged with trafficking amphetamines or methamphetamine, trafficking fentanyl and possession of cocaine.
• Smiley Hendry was arrested Aug. 12 and charged with grand theft, burglary and trespass.
• William Arnold was arrested Aug. 12 and charged with grand theft, burglary and trespass.
• Shanda Morris was arrested Aug. 12 and charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Virginia Chajson was arrested Aug. 12 and charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of a controlled substance without a prescription.
• Richard Robinson was arrested Aug, 12 and charged with possession of cocaine, possession of methamphetamine and two counts possession of a controlled substance without a prescription.
• Charlton Williams was arrested Aug. 13 and charged with fleeing and eluding law enforcement with wanton disregard while armed, child neglect without great bodily harm, possession of cocaine, possession of cannabis more than 20 grams, carrying a concealed firearm, possession of a weapon or ammunition by a convicted felon and three counts child neglect without great bodily harm.
• And unamed person was arrested Aug. 15 and charged with possession with intent to sell within 1000 feet of a specified area, possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, no valid drivers’ license and fleeing to elude law enforcement officer.
• Yasser Diaz was arrested Aug 15. and charged with grand theft and larceny.
