LAKEPORT -- The observation tower at the Harney Pond Recreation Area, off State Road 78 near Lakeport, offers an expansive view of Lake Okeechobee.
The recreation area also has picnic tables.
The Glades County Commission has also approved the addition of a swing set to make the area more family-friendly.
