OKEECHOBEE — On Monday, Jan. 16, the Historical Society had the privilege of hearing Katrina Elsken speak on her recent cattle drive adventures and see her glorious photos. Between the history of cattle drives and Katrina’s adventures and misadventures, the membership was very entertained. Her historically accurate clothing was also much appreciated.
