Meet Detention Deputy Corporal Gary Cashwell

OKEECHOBEE -- Taking over as administrative corporal recently, Detention Corporal Deputy Gary Cashwell is in charge of the Community Work Squad, which also handles the safety and sanitation of the facility under his duties.

Due to Corporal Cashwell's fantastic work ethic and a strong sense of dedication to his job, the facility has maintained a high standard of maintenance, even in its older state.

Corporal Cashwell's fast reactionary time to problems that arise prevents more significant issues from happening. His supervisors say that they have never seen a more dedicated person in the position.

Corporal Gary Cashwell will receive the OCSO Performance Award for his actions.
