Everyone sponsored in the L.E.A.P. from 2022 now wears O.C.S.O. green, makes over $40k per year, works approximately 15 days a month (unless they decide to work unique details or O.T.), and has health, dental, and vision benefits, along with a fantastic retirement package with the possibility of retiring under the age of 50 (plus many more benefits).
Okeechobee County Sheriff Noel E. Stephen paid for them to receive their certification (a $5,600 class).
Take advantage of this incredible financial aid to expand your career opportunities.
The FINAL dates are being set for L.E.A.P. to be presented at the Okeechobee High School will be in the courtyard TODAY and Thursday, March 24, 2023, from 11 am to 1 pm.
We will have an open administrative session for those interested in filling out applications on Wednesday, March 29, 2023, at the Okeechobee County Sheriff's Office, Administration Side, Conference room.
