OCSO seeking driver of speeding car at Okeechobee Sports Complex

Posted

From Okeechobee County Sheriff Office Public Information Officer Jack Nash:

We are currently seeking the identification of the driver of this vehicle. We have the owner (who is an older woman that did not authorize this).

The passenger is the grandson (the one seen getting into the car) as of post time, refuses to cooperate.

The blatant disregard for the safety of our citizens, especially the children that were in the middle of practicing at the time this occurred, is dangerous and unacceptable. For their actions, we want to hold them accountable.

But we need your help.

Don't hesitate to contact Senior Deputy Adrian Rogers for any information. 863.763.3117 or ARogers@okeesheriff.com. You can also leave a Facebook DM or Treasure Coast Crime Stoppers.
