Police officer saves kitten

OKEECHOBEE — Okeechobee City K-9 Officer Jessica Francis did not give up when it came to rescuing a kitten from a storm drain. She called in other officers, animal control and city road personnel to rescue this lucky baby kitten from a storm drain. She has officially named it "Stormy".
