OKEECHOBEE- The Okeechobee High School Brahman baseball team capped off another successful season with their end-of-year banquet on May 24 at Indian River State College in Okeechobee.

Braison Crews was named MVP for the Brahmans this year. Emery Coleman earned Pitcher of the Year. Jayce Markham won Highest Batting Average and Orlando Arana was awarded the Gold Glove.

Ethan Blomefield was named the recipient of this year’s Brahman Award.

The Brahmans secured a district championship this year, with a 3-1 win over the Suncoast Chargers on May 5. It is the second consecutive district championship for the Brahman squad, who defeated South Fork in the district championship last season.
