OHS Thespian Troupe visits school

OKEECHOBEE -- Central Elementary School would like to thank Okeechobee High School's Thespian Troupe for visiting Central and performing for  students in grades K-5. Everyone enjoyed your outstanding performance and it was a joy to hear our students laugh along!

According to Director Debbie Raulerson, they were able to fit in visits to Central, Yearling, South and Everglades this year. She explained there is just not enough time to get to all the schools, so she goes by a "first come, first served" rule of thumb. When she sends an announcement out to the schools, the first to respond gets put on the schedule.
