The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Okeechobee County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO), the Okeechobee City Police Department (OPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), the Department of Corrections (DOC) or the Okeechobee Narcotics Task Force (ONTF).

• Justin Moore, 34, Okeechobee at large, was arrested Oct. 29 by OPD and charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, operating a motor vehicle without a license and resisting an officer without violence. Bond was set at $4,000.

• Christopher Colon, 33, U.S. 441 Southeast, was arrested Oct. 30 by OCSO and charged with aggravated battery on a pregnant woman and child abuse without great bodily harm. Bond was set at $20,000.

• Lillian Geary, 23, Northwest 38th Avenue, was arrested Oct. 30 by OCSO and charged with armed trespass on property and aggravated assault with intent to commit a felony. Bond was set at $17,500.

• William Lugo, 49, U.S. 441 Southeast, was arrested Oct. 30 by OCSO and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill. Bond was set at $10,000.

• Daniel Morgan Phillips, 19, Northwest Ninth Avenue, was arrested Oct. 30 by OCSO and charged with three counts violation of probation on felony drug charges. He is being held without bond.

• Jeremiah Rhoden, 41, Southeast 29th Terrace, was arrested Oct. 30 by OCSO and charged with two counts violation of probation on charges of fraud and trafficking in stolen property. He is being held without bond.

•Enevin Lutjen, 35, Northwest 35th Drive, was arrested Oct. 31 by OPD and charged with domestic battery by strangulation. Bond was set at $5,000.

•Luis Alvarez, 30, Northwest Fifth Street, was arrested Nov. 1 by OPD and charged with driving without a license/habitual offender. Bond was set at $1,000.

• Robert Bryant, 57, Northwest 134th Street, was arrested Nov. 1 by OCSO and charged with DUI. Bond was set at $500.

• Flaviano Medrano, 36, Northwest Fourth Street, was arrested Nov. 1 by OCSO and charged with domestic battery by strangulation and child abuse without great bodily harm. Bond was set at $7,500.

•Jorge Vergel, 27, Southeast 66th Drive, was arrested Nov.1 by OCSO and charged with grand theft auto, possession of cocaine, possession of drug paraphernalia, contempt of court and battery. Bond was set at $10,750.

• Lester Blandino, 23, Southwest 124th Court, was arrested Nov. 2 by OPD and charged with assault on law enforcement or fire fighter. Bond was set at $2,500.

• Precious Hills, 36, Northeast 14th Street, was arrested Nov. 3 by OCSO and charged with possession of a schedule I drug and possession of Oxycodone. Bond was set at $1,000.

• Daniel Tindall, 39, Northwest Sixth Street, was arrested Nov. 3 by OCSO and charged with dealing in stolen property, grand theft and unarmed burglary of an unoccupied structure. Bond was set at $20,000.

• David Garrett, 33, U.S. 441 Southeast, was arrested Nov. 3 by ONTF and charged with possession of Fentanyl, possession of drug paraphernalia and resisting arrest without violence. Bond was set at $8,000.

•Curtis Fountain, 21, Arcadia, was arrested Nov. 2 by OCSO and charged with child abuse without great bodily harm. Bond was set at $2,500.

•Lester Blandino, 23, Southwest 124th Court, was arrested Nov. 2 by OPD and charged with assault on a medical provider after reportedly punching a nurse in the eye. His bond was set at $2,500.

• Hunter Mulcahy, 22, Southeast 55th Lane, was arrested Nov. 4 by OCSO on an out of state fugitive warrant. He is being held without bond.
