The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Okeechobee County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO), the Okeechobee City Police Department (OPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), the Department of Corrections (DOC) or the Okeechobee Narcotics Task Force (ONTF).

• Jonathan Eaves, 31, Northwest 36th Street, was arrested Dec. 17 by OCSO and charged with possession of methamphetamine, three counts child neglect without great bodily harm and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $21,000.

• Jimmy Thomas Jr., 36, Southeast 57th Drive, was arrested Dec. 17 by OCSO and charged with possession of cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $5,500.

• Jose Hernandez, 30, Southeast 39th Avenue, was arrested Dec. 17 by OCSO and charged with resisting arrest without violence and possession of a controlled substance without a prescription. Bond was set at $5,500.

• Ana Urbina, 29, Southeast Fourth Street, was arrested Dec. 17 by OCSO and charged with DUI and resisting arrest without violence. Bond was set at $1,000.

• Kevin Clausell, 19, Northwest Ninth Street, was arrested Dec. 18 by OCSO and charged with grand theft auto and operating a motor vehicle without a license. Bond was set at$3,000.

• Dwan Marshall Jr., 23, Northeast Second Street, was arrested Dec. 18 by OCSO and charged with lewd and lascivious exhibition towards an employee after reportedly exposing himself multiple times to an employee at the county jail. Bond was set at $5,000.

• Jason Beale, 45, Loxahatchee, was arrested Dec. 19 by OCSO and charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $5,500.

• Caleejah Williams, 24, Clewiston, was arrested Dec. 19 by OCSO and charged with possession of marijuana over 20 grams and introduction of contraband into a detention facility. Bond was set at $15,000.

• Javaris Frost, 21, Northeast 13th Avenue, was arrested Dec. 21 by OCSo and charged with four counts violation of probation of felony charges and contempt of court. He is being held without bond.

• Kira Krantz, 38, Northwest 86th Court, was arrested Dec. 21 by OCSO and charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $5,500.

• Robert Morris, 27, U.S. 441 Southeast, was arrested by OCSO on an out of state fugitive warrant. He is being held without bond.

• Devin Small, 21, Palatka, was arrested Dec. 21 by OCSO and charged with two counts violation of probation on felony charges. He is being held without bond.

• Tiffany Brothers, 30, U.S. 441 Southeast, was arrested Dec. 22 by OCSO and charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $100,500.

• Anna Smyth, 33, U.S. 441 Southeast, was arrested Dec. 22 by OCSO and charged with tampering with evidence. Bond was set at $5,000.
