Okeechobee Arrest Report


The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Okeechobee County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO), the Okeechobee City Police Department (OPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), the Department of Corrections (DOC) or the Okeechobee Narcotics Task Force (ONTF).

• Cody Dale Cooper, 35, Northwest 33rd Terrace, was arrested Feb. 11 by OCSO and charged with sexual battery/victim 12 years old or younger. Bond was set at $250,000.
• Yolanda Bautista, 38, Lissie Lane, was arrested Feb. 16 by OCSO and charged with DUI. Her breath test results were noted as being 0.168 and 0.164. Bond was set at $500.
• Troy Kennedy, 35, Ky., was arrested Feb. 16 by OCSO and charged with sexual battery.
• David Ostrom, 45, Southeast 35th Avenue, was arrested Feb. 16 by OCSO and charged with resisting an officer with violence. Bond was set at $5,000.
