Okeechobee Arrest Report

The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Okeechobee County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO), the Okeechobee City Police Department (OPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), the Department of Corrections (DOC) or the Okeechobee Narcotics Task Force (ONTF).


• Matthew Cole, 32, Winter Haven, was arrested April 9 by ONTF and charged with trafficking in synthetic cannabinoid, possession of methamphetamine, possession of fentanyl and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $56,000.
• Cameron Kelly, 17, Northwest 27th Avenue, was arrested April 7 by OCSO and charged with unarmed burglary of an unoccupied dwelling. Kelly was reportedly the second suspect in the theft of nine firearms on March 8. The other man arrested earlier this month was Chadrick Williams, 18. Kelly was returned to his mother’s custody after he was booked.

• Theodore Sutton, 58, Vero Beach, was arrested April 7 by OCPD and charged with DUI. There was no intoxilyzer on duty to conduct a breath test. Bond was set at $500.
• Robert Woods, 32, Southeast 29th Street, was arrested April 7 by OCSO and charged with possession of synthetic cannabinoid, possession of fentanyl, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving without a license. Bond was set at $12,000.
• Pankaj Dhillon, 46, Southeast 25th Street, owner of One Stop Food Store on Northeast Park Street, was arrested April 10 by ONTF and charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of synthetic cannabinoid. Bond was set at $10,000.
• Luis Flores-Jaimes, 21, Northwest 46th Avenue, was arrested April 11 and charged with DUI with property damage after reportedly hitting a fence and a Glades Electric power pole on Northwest 144th Trail. The line from the power pole later fell to the ground. Because Flores-Jaimes was injured in the accident, he was transported to Raulerson Hospital. He reportedly was unable to give a breath sample and refused to give a blood sample. Bond was set at $2,500.
• Daniel Raulerson, 55, Northwest 38th avenue, was arrested April 8 by OCSO and charged with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. Bond was set at $5,000.
• Richard Chapman III,35, Okeechobee, was arrested April 9 by OCSO and charged with battery and intimidation by threating a witness or victim. Bond was set at $2,500.
• Bruce Nolet, 61, Kelton Terrace, was arrested April 13 by OCPD and charged with habitually driving without a license and improper endorsement. Bond was set at $1,000.
