Okeechobee Arrest Report


The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Okeechobee County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO), the Okeechobee City Police Department (OPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), the Department of Corrections (DOC) or the Okeechobee Narcotics Task Force (ONTF).

• Senon Anselmo, 41, Northwest First Street, was arrested Oct. 8 by OPD and charged with habitually driving on a suspended license and attaching an unassigned tag. Bond was set at $3,000.

• Eric Pena, 33, Northwest Second Street, was arrested Oct. 9 by OCSO and charged with possession of a controlled substance without a prescription and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $10,500.


• Phillip Mandra, 31, Hobe Sound, was arrested Oct. 9 by OCSO and charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $6,000.

• Michael Lebrun Jr., 27, Southeast 31st Terrace, was arrested Oct. 10 by OCSO and charged with DUI. Bond was set at $500.

• Arthur Lewis, 40, Northwest 11th Street, was arrested Oct. 10 by OPD and charged with possession of cocaine and domestic battery. Bond was set at $5,500.

• Richard Bonnell, 42, at large, was arrested Oct. 10 by OPD and charged with possession of methamphetamine. Bond was set at $5,000.

• Kelsey Vangorder, 24, Vero Beach, was arrested Oct. 10 by OPD and charged with credit card fraud and criminal use of identification. Bond was set at $10,000.

• Mark Dipace, 50, Northwest 280th Street, was arrested Oct. 11 by OCSO and charged with dealing in stolen property and altering an ID for the sale of metal. Bond was set at $6,500.

• Justin Suarez, 30, Southwest Third Street, was arrested Oct. 11 by ONTF and charged with possession of methamphetamine. Bond was set at $5,000.

• Ryan Mellette, 29, Southeast Eighth Avenue, was arrested Oct. 11 by OCSO and charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $6,000.

• Luis Ramos, 18, Northwest Third Street, was arrested Oct. 12 by OCSO and charged with possession of marijuana over 20 grams, possession of marijuana resin and possession with intent to sell. Bond was set at $25,000.

• Mason Cassidy, 24, Northwest 106th Street, was arrested Oct. 12 by OCSO and charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $6,000.

• Ernesto Sanchez, 25, Southwest 28th Street, was arrested Oct. 12 by OCSO and charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $6,000.

• Tavares Whitehead Sr., 44, Southeast 68th Avenue, was arrested Oct. 12 by OCSO and charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of a controlled substance without a prescription and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $11,000.

• Xavier Peterson, 21, Northeast 15th Avenue,was arrested Oct. 13 by OCSO and charged with DUI, possession of a concealed weapon and possession of a controlled substance. Bond was set at $4,500.
