Okeechobee Arrest Report

The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Okeechobee County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO), the Okeechobee City Police Department (OPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), the Department of Corrections (DOC) or the Okeechobee Narcotics Task Force (ONTF).
Clayton Tyler Norsworthy, 25, Southeast 34th Avenue, was arrested Dec. 23 by OCSO and charged with DUI and possession of marijuana over 20 grams. Bond was set at $1,000.
Baruc Esquivel, 23, Northeast 64th Avenue, was arrested Dec. 22 by OCSO and charged with DUI with property damage. Bond was set at $500.
John Leon, 22, Northwest 26th Avenue, was arrested Dec. 23 by OCSO and charged with DUI. Bond was set at $500.
Travis Ryan, 26, Northeast 336th Street, was arrested Dec. 23 by OCSO on an out of state fugitive warrant. He is being held without bond.
Jose Jaimes, 23, Port St. Lucie, was arrested Dec. 24 by OCSO and charged with DUI with property damage and leaving the scene of a crash. Bond was set at $1,000.
Benjamin Leyva, 37, Fort Myers, was arrested Dec. 24 by OCSO and charged with child molestation. Bond was set at $100,000.
Kyle Selwyn, 26, Southeast 25th Street, was arrested Dec. 28 by OCSO and charged with counterfeiting. Bond was set at $3,500.
Joshua Boggs, 27, Southeast 40th Terrace, was arrested Dec. 29 by OCSO and charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia and tampering with evidence. Bond was set at $11,000.
Dyllyn Heasley, 29, Northeast 10th Avenue, was arrested Dec. 29 by OCSO and charged with fleeing law enforcement, possession of marijuana and driving without a license. Bond was set at $7,000.
Richard Mataushek, 30, Northwest 23rd Avenue, was arrested Dec. 29 by OCSO and charged with possession of fentanyl with intent to sell, possession of fentanyl and one count tampering with evidence. Bond was set at $46,000.
Veronica Miles, 58, Northeast 14th Street, was arrested Dec. 29 by OCSO and charged with possession of fentanyl and possession of cocaine. Bond was set at $8,000.
