Okeechobee Arrest Report
The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Okeechobee County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO), the Okeechobee City Police Department (OPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), the Department of Corrections (DOC) or the Okeechobee Narcotics Task Force (ONTF).

• Joseph Moore, 38, Northwest 22nd Lane, was arrested Jan. 13 by OCSO and charged with possession of amphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $2,750.

• Aaron Rodriguez III, 24, Northwest Fifth Street, was arrested Jan. 15 by OCSO and charged with fleeing law enforcement with lights and siren activated. Bond to be set by judge.

• Darrell Christian, 22, Northwest Eighth Avenue, was arrested Jan. 16 by OCSO and charged with DUI. Bond was set at $750.

• Hulises Calvillo, 22, Northwest 36th Street, was arrested Jan. 16 by OCSO and charged with DUI with property damage. Bond was set at $2,500.

• Ricardo Sanchez-Virto, 21, Northwest 46th Avenue, was arrested Jan. 17 by OCSO and charged with DUI and operating a motor vehicle without a license. Bond was set at $1,000.

• Lillias Major, 59, Southeast 28th Street, was arrested Jan. 17 by OCSO and charged with two counts possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, delivery of a controlled substance within 1,000 feet of a specified area, two counts tampering with evidence and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $76,000.

• Zatasia Johnson, 23, Northeast 14th Avenue, was arrested Jan. 18 by OCSO and charged with possession of Fentanyl and possession of a controlled substance without a prescription. Bond was set at $20,000.

• Joshua Kolotka, 30, Moore Haven, was arrested Jan. 18 by OCPD and charged with driving without a license/third or subsequent offense. Bond was set at $5,000.

• Kimberly Peaden, 51, Okeechobee, was arrested Jan. 18 by OCSO on a capias warrant on the charge of intentional child abuse. Bond was set at $10,000.

• Alexander Juarez, 35, Southwest Second Way, was arrested Jan. 19 by OCSO and charged with battery on a law enforcement officer and resisting an officer with violence. Bond was set at $10,000.

• Natasha Thompson, 35, Southeast 13th Avenue, was arrested Jan. 19 by OCSO and charged with two counts failure to return leased property. She was released on her own recognizance.

• Corey Ann Delange, 34, Southeast 14th Street, was arrested Jan. 20 by OCSO and charged with introducing contraband into a detention facility. Bond was set at $10,000.

• Omar Cortes, 38, Northeast 11th Lane, was arrested Jan. 20 by OCSO and charged with possession of Fentanyl and possession of drug paraphernalia.
