Okeechobee Arrest Report

The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Okeechobee County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO), the Okeechobee City Police Department (OCPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), the Department of Corrections (DOC) or the Okeechobee Narcotics Task Force (ONTF).

• Tony Andrews Jackson, 61, Northeast Fifth Street, was arrested May 9 and 13 by OCSO and charged with possession with intent to sell, possession within 1,000 feet of a college, possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, possession of MDMA, tampering with evidence possession of hydromorphone.. Bond was set at $75,000.
• Ashley Nelson, 34, Southwest 16^th Avenue, was arrested May 10 by OCSO and charged with possession with intent to sell MDMA and possession within 1,000 feet of a college. Bond was set at $35,000.
• Lance Watson, 39, Northwest 208^th Street, was arrested May 13 by OCSO and charged with DUI. Bond was set at $500.
• Harry Seger, 54, Northeast Eighth Street, was arrested May 13 by OCSO and charged with battery on a person 65 years or older. Bond was set at $2,500.
• Rhonda Cooley, 56, Indiantown, was arrested May 16 by OCPD and charged with DUI with property damage. Bond was set at $1,500.
• Emily Close, 27, Northwest 34^th Avenue, was arrested May 16 and charged with sale of marijuana, possession of marijuana, possession with intent to sell , possession of marijuana under 20 grams , possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of LSD and possession of psilocybin. Bond was set at $37,000.
• Korey Lee Sallette, 32, Northwest 34^th Avenue, was arrested May 16 by OCSO and charged with sale of marijuana, sale of THC resin, possession of marijuana, possession of marijuana under 20 grams and possession of marijuana with intent to sell. Bond was set at $37,000.
• Tamyre Williams, 23, Kissimmee, was arrested May 16 by OCSO and charged with grand theft auto. Bond was set at $5,000.
• Margie Dorgan, 29, Southeast Eighth Drive, was arrested May 17 by OCSO and charged with DUI. Bond was set at $1,000.
• Eric Kelly, 27, Northeast Fifth Street, was arrested May 17 by OCPD and charged with possession of cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $5,750.
• Ruth Ann Doan, 43, Okeechobee, was arrested May 17 by OCSO and charged with possession of meth. Bond was set at $5,000.
• David Wrede, 63, U.S. 441 Southeast, was arrested May 17 by OCSO and charged with DUI. Bond was set at $500.
• Kaitlynn Barnes, 18, U.S. 441 Southeast, was arrested May 18 by OCSO and charged with transmitting child porn out of state, three counts possession of photos depicting sexual performance by a child, engaging and three counts aiding or advertising sexual contact with a child. Bond was set at $95,000.
• Donald Crawford, 60, State Road 70 East, was arrested May 18 by OCSO and charged with two counts possession of a weapon or ammo by a convicted felon. Bond was set at $20,000.
• William Ginane, 32, Southeast 66^th Drive, was arrested May 18 by OCSO and charged with battery on law enforcement, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, resisting an officer with violence and battery. Bond was set at $18,000.
• Torrein Archer, 21, St. Petersburg, was arrested May 19 by OCSO and charged with possession of alprazolam and possession of oxycodone. He is being held without bond.
• Jason Gillis, 41, Northwest Ninth Avenue, was arrested May 19 by OCPD and charged with possession of meth, possession of a controlled substance without a prescription. Bond was set at $11,000.
• Shavon Rush, 32, Northeast 16^th Avenue, was arrested May 19 by OCSO and charged with child neglect. Bond was set at $10,000.
