The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Okeechobee County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO), the Okeechobee City Police Department (OCPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), the Department of Corrections (DOC) or the Okeechobee Narcotics Task Force (ONTF).

• Sarai Pagan, 35, Southwest Third Avenue, was arrested June 9 by OCSO and charged with DUI. Bond was set at $500.
• Juan Clauson, 18, Northwest Third Street, was arrested June 9 by OCSO and charged with unarmed burglary. Bond was set at $2,500.
• Robert Collins, 38, at large, was arrested June 9 by OCSO on an out of state fugitive warrant. He is being held without bond.
• David Crocitto, 34, was arrested June 9 by OCSO and charged with two counts battery by strangulation. Bond was set at $15,000.
• Ricardo Silva Avila, 30, Port St. Lucie, was arrested June 9 by OCPD and charged with driving without a license/habitual offender. Bond was set at $1,000.
• Courtney Snipe, 28, Belle Glade, was arrested June 9 by OCSO and charged with intentional child abuse. She was released on her own recognizance.
• Brianna Ingram, 22, Southeast 62^nd Avenue, was arrested June 10 by OCSO and charged with DUI. Bond was set at $500.
• David Duran, 29, at large, was arrested June 11 by OCSO and charged with DUI and driving without a license. Bond was set at $1,500.
• Gerald Harmon, 65, South Parrott Avenue, was arrested June 11 by OCPD and charged with possession of cocaine. Bond was set at $5,000.
• Cristobal Velasquez-Hernandez, 24, Okeechobee, was arrested June 12 by OCSO and charged with DUI and driving without a license. Bond was set at $1,000.
• Don Crawford, 54, LaBelle, was arrested June 12 by OCSO and charged with DUI. Bond was set at $500.
• Darla Graves, 38, U.S. 98 North, was arrested June 12 by OCPD and charged with criminal mischief, petit theft, burglary, possession of a schedule II-controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $14,000.
• James Howling IV, 25, at large, was arrested June 12 by OCPD and charged with making written threats to kill. Bond was set at $20,000.
• Daniel Garland, 30, Okeechobee, was arrested June 12 by OCSO and charged with failure to return rented property, leaving the scene of an accident causing damage, driving without a license and failing to register a motor vehicle. Bond was set at $5,000.
• Brytan Bennett, 20, Port St. Lucie, was arrested June 13 by OCSO and charged with three counts intentional child abuse, driving without a license and reckless driving with damage to property. Bond was set at $78,500.
• Christopher Galvez, 32, Unknown, was arrested June 13 by OCSO and charged with battery, criminal mischief and hindering communication with law enforcement. Bond was set at $9,000.
• Tony Osceolla, 43, Panther Lane Northeast, was arrested June 14 by OCSO and charged with DUI, four counts child neglect, possession of cocaine, obstruction of justice and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $28,000.
• William Fulwider, 27, Northeast 26^th Avenue, was arrested June 15 by OCSO and charged with four counts possession of meth with intent to sell. Bond was set at $240,000.
• Mark Cabrera, 42, Southwest 10^th Street, was arrested June 14 by OCSO and charged with possession of Clonazepam. Bond was set at $5,000.
• Scott Saip, 54, Southwest First Way, was arrested June 15 by OCSO and charged with  trafficking meth, possession of a weapon by a convicted felon and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $115,100.
