The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Okeechobee County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO), the Okeechobee City Police Department (OCPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), the Department of Corrections (DOC) or the Okeechobee Narcotics Task Force (ONTF).
Daniel Crowe, 44, Clewiston, was arrested July 7 by OCSO and charged with three counts violation of probation/felony charges. He is being held without bond.
Reyes Rivas, 17, Northeast 11th Street, was arrested July 7 by OCSO and charged with home invasion and criminal mischief. Bond was set at $260,000.
Kurtis Enfinger, 39, Southwest 21st Street, was arrested July 8 by OCSO and charged with possession of meth. Bond was set at $5,000.
Danielle Harmon, 37, Northwest 190th Road, was arrested July 8 by OCSO and charged with possession of meth. Bond was set at $5,000.
Elizabeth Herrin, 56, Northwest 190th road, was arrested July 8 by OCSO and charged with possession of meth and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $6,000.
Cynthia Tommie, 52, Frank Shore Road, was arrested July 8 by OCPD and charged with aggravated battery with a deadly weapon and battery on a law enforcement officer. Bond was set at $52,000.
Jose Samamiego, 29, Jordan Loop, was arrested July 8 on an out of state fugitive warrant. He is being held with no bond.
Sergio Martin Gabino Garcia, 32, Texas, was arrested July 9 by OCSO and charged with DUI. Bond was set at $500.
George Hallam, 41, Northwest 249th Street, was arrested July 9 by OCSO and charged with DUI. Bond was set at $100.
Alysa Nelson, 17, Port St. Lucie, was arrested July 9 by OCSO and charged with DUI. She was released on her own recognizance.
Dallas Parker, 29, Northwest 47th Avenue, was arrested July 9 by OCSO and charged with driving without a license/habitual offender and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $3,750.
Alfonso Aviles, 34, Northwest 36th Avenue, was arrested July 10 by OCSO and charged with DUI, possession of cocaine and introduction of contraband into a detention facility. Bond was set at $10,500.
Kolton Youngman, 17, Southeast 38th Trail, was arrested July 11 by OCSO and charged with home invasion with a deadly weapon and aggravated battery. He is being held without bond.
John Rodriguez, 33, U.S. 441 Southeast, was arrested July 11 by OCSO and charged with possession of a weapon by a convicted felon. Bond was set at $5,000.
Clarence Dennis, 66, Northeast 15th Avenue, was arrested July 11 by OCSO and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and battery. Bond was set at $6,000.
Kevin Blackmon, 45, Southeast 57th Drive, was arrested July 11 by OCSO and charged with 18 counts sexual predator failure to register. Bond was set at $190,000.
Sergio Hernandez Jr., 30, Southwest Second Street, was arrested July 11 by OCSO and charged with dealing in stolen property and giving false information to a pawn shop. Bond was set at $4,000.
Brenden Christmas, 20, Northeast 60th Avenue, was arrested July 12 by OCSO and charged with tampering/fabricating evidence and possession with intent to sell. Bond was set at $5,000.
Alfred Moore Jr., 37, at large, was arrested July 12 by OCSO and charged with driving without a license/third or subsequent offense. Bond was set at $3,000.
Damian Azucey, 18, Southeast 27th Street, was arrested July 12 by OCSO and charged with possession of marijuana. Bond was set at $5,000.
James Howling IV, 26, Northwest Fourth Street, was arrested July 12 by OCSO and charged with false report of a bomb/explosive/weapon of mass destruction. Bond was set at $20,000.
Michelle Huff, 49, State Road 78 West, was arrested July 12 by OCSO and charged with possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, possession of meth and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $11,000.
