Okeechobee Arrest Report

The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Okeechobee County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO), the Okeechobee City Police Department (OCPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), the Department of Corrections (DOC) or the Okeechobee Narcotics Task Force (ONTF).

 

  • Amos Bullock, 36, was arrested August 5 by OCSO and charged with battery and child abuse without great bodily harm. Bond to be set.
  • Bernard Leonard Jr., 28, Northwest 12th Street, was arrested August 6 by OCPD and charged with burglary and Grand Theft. Bond was set at $20,000.
  • Daniel Morales, 28, Northeast 11th Street, was arrested August 6 by OCSO and charged with DUI. Bond was set at $1,500.
  • Rocky Snell, 44, Northwest 11th Street, was arrested August 6 by OCPD and charged with burglary and Grand Theft. Bond was set at $20,000.
  • Jairo Castillo-Barron, 17, Northwest 10th Avenue, was arrested August 7 by OCPD and charged with DUI. He was released on his own recognizance.
  • Denisia Hall, 33, Southeast 11th Avenue, was arrested August 7 by OCSO and charged with aggravated battery with a deadly weapon and battery touch or strike. Bond was set at $16,000.
  • Magdalena Esquivel, 28, U.S. 441 North, was arrested August 8 by OCSO and charged with two counts of failure to return leased property. Bond was set at $10,000.
  • Ashley Nelson, 35, Southwest 16th Avenue, was arrested August 8 and charged with dealing in stolen property, providing false information to a pawn shop and petty theft. Bond was set at $10,000.
  • Douglas Welky, 66, Okeechobee at large, was arrested August 8 by OCSO and charged with corruption by threat and resisting arrest without violence. Bond was set at $3,250.
  • Ray Howard, 58, Northeast 5th Trail, was arrested August 9 by OCSO and charged with manufacturing a hallucinogen and possession with intent to sell oxycodone. Bond was set at $80,000.
  • Sara Lundy, 30, Southeast 57th Drive, was arrested August 9 by OCSO and charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $6,000.
  • Naimah Campbell, 22, at large, was arrested August 9 by OCSO and charged with possession of fentanyl with intent to distribute, possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, resisting arrest without violence and trespass. Bond was set at $31,500.
  • Michael J Crum Jr., 45, Southeast 86th Boulevard, was arrested August 9 by OCSO and charged with DUI. Bond was set at $750.
  • Desiree Paulus, 36, East Center Street, was arrested August 9 by OCSO and charged with petit theft, cashing or depositing a bank item with intent to defraud and uttering a forged instrument. Bond was set at $8000.
  • Paige Pyatt, 56, Port St Lucie, was arrested August 9 by OCSO and charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $6000.
  • Blake Sheltra, 36, Northwest 87th Court, was arrested August 9 by OCSO and charged with possession of fentanyl, possession of methamphetamine, possession of a controlled substance without a prescription and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $16,000.
  • Daniel Salazar Jr., 19, Northeast Second Terrace, was arrested August 10 by OCPD and charged with felony criminal mischief. Bond was set at $5,000.
  • Joshua Sieracki, 25, Southeast 36th Avenue, was arrested August 10 by OCSO and charged with possession of a controlled substance without a prescription and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $6,000.
