The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Okeechobee County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO), the Okeechobee City Police Department (OCPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), the Department of Corrections (DOC) or the Okeechobee Narcotics Task Force (ONTF).
Scott Johnstone, 58, Southeast 8th Street, was arrested August 18 by OC SO and charged with failure to register. He was released on his own recognizance.
Robin Bell, 23, State Road 70 East, was arrested August 19 by OCSO and charged with aggravated battery on a pregnant woman. Bond was set at $5000.
Tristan Campbell, 20, Northeast 13th Street, was arrested August 19 by OCSO and charged with sexual battery. Bond was set at $100,000.
Matthew Ramirez, 36, was arrested Aug 19 by OCSO and charged with battery, possession of methamphetamine and introduction of contraband into a detention facility. Bond was set at $15,000.
Elijah Finney, 24, Southwest Second Avenue, was arrested August 20 by OCSO and charged with DUI. Bond was set at $1,000.
Shelley Makowsky, 57, Southeast 18th Court, was arrested August 20 by OCSO and charged with DUI. Bond was set at $500.
Erik Pena, 33, Northwest Fourth Street, was arrested August 20 by OCSO and charged with Grand Theft, six counts providing false information to a pawn shop and six counts dealing in stolen property. Bond was set at $77,500.
Pedro Espinoza, 38, Northwest 46th Avenue, was arrested August 20 by OCSO and charged with DUI. Bond was set at $1000.
Shyana Perry, 36, Northwest Fifth Street, was arrested August 20 by OCSO and charged with DUI and driving without a license with knowledge. Bond was set at $1,500.
Nicholas Pierce, 37, at large, was arrested August 20 by OCSO and charged with criminal conspiracy. Bond was set at $50,000.
Sharon White, 45, SE 27th St, was arrested August 20 by OCSO and charged with unarmed burglary and petit theft. Bond was set at $3,500.
Antonio Yanez, 35, U.S. 441 Southeast, was arrested August 20 by OCSO and charged with DUI. He was released on his own recognizance.
Garrett Caroll, 18, Land o Lakes, was arrested August 21 by OCSO and charged with DUI. Bond was set at $500.
William Moore Jr., 41, Southeast 39th Avenue, was arrested August 21 by OCSO and charged with DUI, possession of fentanyl with intent to sell and tampering with evidence. Bond was set at $10,500.
Juan Ocampo-Flores, 42, Clermont, was arrested August 21 by OCSO and charged with DUI, operating a motor vehicle without a valid drivers’ license and leaving the scene of a crash involving damage. Bond was set at $1,500.
Jose Romero Jr., 31, Southeast Third Street, was arrested August 21 by OCSO and charged with DUI. Bond was set at $500.
Oscar Gonzalez, 48, Southwest Second Street, was arrested August 21 by OCSO and charged with DUI and operating a motor vehicle without a license. Bond was set at $1000.
Breaira Smith, 23, Northeast 15thAvenue, was arrested August 22 by OCSO and charged with possession of cocaine with intent to sell and fleeing or eluding law enforcement with lights and siren active. Bond was set at $42,500.
Fallon Rose, 36, Fort Pierce, was arrested August 23 by OCSO and charged with intimidating a witness and tampering with evidence. Bond was set at $10,000.
Kaine Kent, 27, Northwest Seventh Avenue, was arrested August 23 by OCSO and charged with resisting an officer with violence. Bond was set at $5,000.
Shannen Barber-Burch, 43, Southeast 25th Street, was arrested August 24 by OCSO and charged with DUI. Bond was set at $500.
Susan Griffith, 71, Northeast 80th Avenue, was arrested August 24 by OCSO and charged with aggravated battery with a deadly weapon. Bond was set at $10,000.
Brian Peterson, 31, U.S. 441 Southeast, was arrested August 24 by OCSO and charged with using a computer to solicit a child, transmitting information harmful to a child and resisting arrest without violence. Bond was set at $75,000.
Melvin Thomas Jr., 67, at large, was arrested August 24 by OCPD and charged with burglary and petit theft. Bond was set at $6,000.
