Okeechobee Arrest Report

The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Okeechobee County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO), the Okeechobee City Police Department (OCPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), the Department of Corrections (DOC) or the Okeechobee Narcotics Task Force (ONTF). 

  • Arnulfo Rigaberto Cerrato, 67, Miami, was arrested Sept. 3 by OCSO and charged with DUI. Bond was set at $1,000.
  • Brittany Daughtery, 33, Southwest Eighth Street, was arrested Sept. 3 by OCSO and charged with obtaining fuel by fraud, computer crime with intent to defraud and credit card fraud. Bond was set at $4,500.
  • Mario Alberto Flores Blanco, 35, West Palm, was arrested Sept. 3 by OCSO and charged with DUI, possession of cocaine and expired license. Bond was set at $4,000.
  • Colten Yates, 21, Fort Pierce, was arrested Sept. 4 by OCSO and charged with DUI and leaving the scene of an accident with damage. Bond was set at $2,000.
  • Blake Dill, 31, U.S. 441 Southeast, was arrested Sept. 4 by OCSO and charged with DUI. Bond was set at $1,000.
  • James Geisler, 31, Mich., was arrested Sept. 4 by OCSO and charged with DUI. Bond was set at $1,000.
  • Khamari Jones, 18, Northwest 32nd Avenue, was arrested Sept. 4 by OCSO and charged with lewd and lascivious behavior with a minor between the ages of 12 and 16. Bond was set at $75,000.
  • Michelle Barbian, 57, Southeast 44th Street, was arrested Sept. 5 by OCSO and charged with DUI. Bond was set at $500.
  • Daniel Garland, 30, Southeast 32nd Lane, was arrested Sept. 6 by OCSO and charged with possession of alprazolam and driving without a license. Bond was set at $6,000.
  • Alfredo Gomez Jr., 33, Indiantown, was arrested Sept. 6 by OCSO and charged with two counts grand theft, dealing in stolen property, providing false information to a pawn shop and criminal mischief. Bond was set at $31,000.
  • Tosheria Ford, 36, Pahokee, was arrested Sept. 7 by OCSO and charged with grand theft auto and driving without a license. Bond was set at $5,500.
  • Cynthia Phillips, 59, U.S. 78 West, was arrested Sept. 7 by OCSO and charged with burglary with assault or battery. Bond was set at $20,000.
  • Joshua Bonilla, 20, Northwest Sixth Street, was arrested Sept. 7 by OCSO and charged with possession of marijuana and two counts possession with intent to sell. Bond was set at $25,000.
  • Victor Salas, 28, Auburndale, was arrested Sept. 7 by OCSO and charged with possession of methamphetamine. Bond was set at $2,500.
  • Heather Bolen, 29, Northeast 48th Avenue, was arrested Sept. 8 by OCSO and charged with failure to return leased property. Bond was set at $2,500.
  • Earl Pitt, 64, U.S. 441 Southeast, was arrested Sept. 8 by OCSO and charged with burglary and petit theft. Bond was set at $5,500.
  • Lewey Lee, 54, Northeast 304th Street, was arrested Sept. 8 by OCSO and charged with failure to register. Bond was set at $10,000.
  • Peter McCord, 57, Indiantown, was arrested Sept. 8 by OCSO and charged with DUI and driving without a license. Bond was set at $1,000.
  • Sidney Storey III, 41, Northeast Ninth Way, was arrested Sept. 8 by OCSO and charged with failure of a sexual offender to provide email or internet information. Bond was set at $5,000.
  • Mark Willette, 56, East Center Street, was arrested Sept. 8 by OCSO and charged with bank fraud. Bond was set at $25,000.
