The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Okeechobee County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO), the Okeechobee City Police Department (OCPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), the Department of Corrections (DOC) or the Okeechobee Narcotics Task Force (ONTF).

• Joshua Bonilla, 21, Northwest Sixth Street, was arrested October 3 by OCSO and charged with possession of a weapon or ammunition by a convicted felon, two counts possession with intent to distribute marijuana and possession of marijuana over 20 g. Bond was set at $25,000
• Mikhaiya Dunbar, 20, Port St. Lucie, was arrested October 2 by 0CSO and charged with grand theft auto and grand theft. Bond was set at $10,000.
• James Simmons, 56, Southeast 32 Lane, was arrested October 2 by OCSO and charged with aggravated battery and battery. Bond was set at $15,500.
• Lanny Stokes, 59, Southeast 59th Drive, was arrested October 2 by OCSO and charged with DUI. Bond was set at $500.
• Jonathan Thomas, 18, Northwest 160th Street, was arrested October 2 by OCSO and charged with two counts causing bodily harm or disability and false information to law officers. Bond was set at $40,000.
• Kenneth Jay, 59, Southeast 35th Avenue, was arrested October 2 by OCSO and charged with possession of a controlled substance without a prescription and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $5500.
• Victor Gaona, 23, Southwest Eighth Street, was arrested October 2 by 0CPD and charged with possession with intent to sell marijuana, fleeing law enforcement and carrying a concealed firearm. Bond was set at $10,000.
• Isaac Osceola, 23, Clermont, was arrested October 1 by OCPD and charged with fleeing law enforcement. Bond was set at $5000.
• Sylvia Brown, 40, Northwest 21st Avenue, was arrested October 1 by OCPD and charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $6000.
• Wilbert Perez, 39, Southeast 33rd Terrace, was arrested October 1 by OCSO and charged with DUI. Bond was set at $1000.
• Preston Collins, 32, Northwest 43rd Avenue, was arrested September 30 by OCSO and charged with false imprisonment, battery and knowingly driving with a suspended license. Bond was set at $7000
• Shalanda Cruce, 37, Southeast 95th Trail, was arrested September 29 by OCSO on an out of county warrant for burglary with assault or battery. Bond was set at $25,000.
• Daniel Garland, 30, U.S. 441 Southeast, was arrested September 29 by OCSO and charged with fleeing law enforcement, driving without a license, operating a motorcycle without a license and failure to register a motor vehicle. Bond was set at $6500.
• Ayanna Luevano, 20, Northwe st 82nd Court, was arrested September 28 by OCPD and charged with battery of a law enforcement officer. She was released on her own recognizance.
• Joseph Moore, 39, Northwest 22nd Lane, was arrested September 28 by OCSO and charged with burglary of an unoccupied structure during a state of emergency, criminal mischief, grand theft, possession of burglary tools and two counts trespass. Bond was set at $21,500
• Courtney Rediker, 33,Northeast 10th Street, was arrested September 28 by OCSO and charged with burglary of an unoccupied structure during a state of emergency, criminal mischief, grand theft possession of burglary tools and two counts trespass. Bond was set at $21,500.
• Judd Hernendez, 31, Southwest 86th Avenue, was arrested September 27 by OCSO and charged with two counts aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, three counts committing an act that could result in permanent injury, two counts improper exhibition of a gun or dangerous weapon. Bond was set at $39,000.
• Atreyu De Jesus, 31, Saint Cloud, was arrested October 4 by OCSO and charged with aggravated battery on a person 65 years old or older. Bond was set at $100,000.
• Cecil Vandiver jr., 47, US 441 Southeast, was arrested October 4 by OCSO and charged with possession of methamphetamine, tampering with evidence and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $10,500.
• Christian Demeniuk, 43, Southeast 33^rd Terrace, was arrested Oct. 5 by OCPD and charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and resisting arrest. Bond was set at $13,500.
• Lucas LaGrange, 31, U.S. 441 Southeast, was arrested Oct. 5 by OCPD and charged with trespass, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance. Bond was set a t$4,000.
• Timrell Means, 17, Everglades Youth ACA, was arrested Oct. 5 by OCSO and charged with battery/inmate on inmate. He was turned over to DOJJ.
• Emmanuel White, 19, Coral Springs, was arrested Oct. 5 by OCSO and charged with battery/inmate on inmate. Bond was set at $5,000.
