Okeechobee Arrest Report

The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Okeechobee County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO), the Okeechobee City Police Department (OCPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), the Department of Corrections (DOC) or the Okeechobee Narcotics Task Force (ONTF).

  • Preston Collins, 32, Northwest 43rd Avenue, was arrested October 6 by OCSO and charged with tampering in a third-degree felony proceeding. Bond was set at $5,000.
  • Teresa Hite, 54, Southeast 14th Terrace, was arrested October 6 by OCPD and charged with possession of cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $5,750.
  • Robert Nelson, 31, Linda Road, was arrested October 7 by OCSO and charged with DUI. Bond was set at $500.
  • Briana Davis, 41, Southwest 11th Avenue, was arrested October 7 by OCSO and charged with possession of a controlled substance without a prescription and DUI. Bond was set at $6,000.
  • DeWayne Rutherford, 34, Southwest 11th Avenue, was arrested October 7 by OCSO and charged with possession of a controlled substance. Bond was set at $5,000.
  • Charlie Micco, 41, Northwest Third Street, was arrested October 8 by OCSO and charged with battery, making, placing or throwing a destructive device and possession of cocaine. Bond was set at $15,500.
  • Ethan King, 27, Northeast Sixth Street, was arrested October 8 by OCSO and charged with battery inmate on inmate and aggravated battery with a weapon.
  • Raul Delgado, 38, Northwest 34th Avenue, was arrested October 9 by OCSO and charged with DUI and possession of cocaine. Bond was set at $5,500.
  • Justin Rodriguez, 31, Northwest 42nd Avenue, was arrested October 9 by OCSO and charged with DUI and neglect of a child. Bond was set at $5,500.
  • April Futch, 37, Brinkerhoff Lane, was arrested October 9 by OCPD and charged with carrying a concealed firearm, possession of marijuana over 20 grams and grand theft of a firearm. Bond was set at $10,000.
  • Jessie Futch, 39, Northeast 15th Avenue, was arrested October 9 by OCPD and charged with possession of a weapon by a convicted felon and grand theft of a firearm. Bond was set at $15,000.
  • Willian Lopez, 24, Southwest Park Street, was arrested October 10 by OCPD and charged with fleeing law enforcement. Bond was set at $5,000.
  • Jacqueline Miller, 39, Fort Pierce, was arrested October 10 by OCSO and charged with unarmed burglary of an unoccupied structure and petit theft. Bond was set at $16,000.
  • Melissa Smith, 37, U.S. 441 Southeast, was arrested October 10 by OCPD and charged with possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, possession of drug paraphernalia, introduction of contraband into a detention facility and resisting arrest. Bond was set at $11,500.
  • Salvador Medrano, 19, Northeast 80th Avenue, was arrested October 10 by OCSO and charged with sale of marijuana, possession with intent to sell, purchase in lieu of oxycodone and carrying a concealed firearm. Bond was set at $20,000.
  • Kristin Clendenin, 40, Northwest 282nd Street, was arrested Oct. 11 by OCSO and charged with trafficking methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $101,000.
  • John David Meara, 46, Northwest 282nd Street, was arrested October 11 by OCSO and charged with trafficking in methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $101,000.
  • Luis Toj, 18, Southwest Ninth Street, was arrested October 11 by OCPD and charged with fleeing law enforcement with no regard to safety of others. Bond was set at $50,000.
