Okeechobee Arrest Report

The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Okeechobee County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO), the Okeechobee City Police Department (OCPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), the Department of Corrections (DOC) or the Okeechobee Narcotics Task Force (ONTF).

• JQuan Worthen, 14, Northwest Seventh Street, was arrested Oct. 13 by OCSO and charged with assault on a public or private education employee. He was turned over to the DOJJ.
• Alexiz Crowell, 12, Northwest Seventh Street, was arrested Oct. 13 by OCS O and charged with three counts assault on a public or private education employee and battery on a law enforcement officer. She was turned over to the DOJJ.
• Mason Turner, 19, Notheast 64th Avenue, was arrested Oct. 13 by OCSO and charged with dealing in stolen property, providing false identification and petty theft. Bond was set at $10,250.
• Irving Hernandez, 27, Tennessee, was arrested Oct. 13 by OCSO and charged with two counts possession of another person's identification without consent. Bond was set at $5000.
• Brittany Daugherty, 34, Southwest Eighth Street, was arrested Oct. 14 by O CSO and charged with possession of codeine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $5500
• Wallace Keeton, 46, Northwest 38^th Avenue, was arrested Oct. 14 by OCPD and charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $5500.
• Matthew McGee, 36, Fort Drum, was arrested Oct. 14 by OCSO and charged with felony criminal mischief and trespass. Bond was set at $6000.
• Jennifer Green, 36, Southeast 28^th Street, was arrested Oct. 15 by OC SO and charged with possession of cocaine and three counts possession of a controlled substance without a prescription. Bond was set at $10,000.
• Justin Mann, 29, U.S. 441 Southeast, was arrested Oct. 15 by OCSO and charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of fentanyl. Bond was set at $15,000.
• Amber Setts, 40, Quincey, Fla., was arrested Oct. 15 by O CSO and charged with possession of cocaine, possession of marijuana with intent to sell, introduction of contraband into a detention facility and possession of marijuana over 20 grams. Bond was set at $240,000.
• Arionna Mitchell, 19, Jacksonville, was arrested Oct. 16 by OCSO and charged with introduction of contraband into a detention facility and possession of cocaine. Bond was set at $110,000.
• Royalty Stevenson, 41, Washington, was arrested Oct. 16 by OCSO and charged with possession of cocaine and introduction of contraband into a detention facility. Bond was set at $110,000.
• Summer Terrett, 28, Stuart, was arrested Oct. 16 by OCSO and charged with DUI. Bond was set at $500.
