The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Okeechobee County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO), the Okeechobee City Police Department (OCPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), the Department of Corrections (DOC) or the Okeechobee Narcotics Task Force (ONTF).
William Hogg, 61, Canada, was arrested Oct. 19 by OCSO and charged with Dui. Bond was set at $500.
Charles Acquotta Jr., 50, Northeast 13th Avenue, was arrested Oct. 21 by OCSO and charged with corruption by threat, criminal mischief, assault, resisting arrest and disorderly intoxication. Bond was set at $5,000.
Cameron Carter, 22, Northeast 11th Court, was arrested Oct. 22 by OCSO and charged with robbery with a firearm, fleeing without regard to safety, reckless driving and three counts contempt of court. She is being held without bond.
Justin Edwards, 36, Clewiston, was arrested Oct. 22 by OCSO and charged with three counts assault with a deadly weapon, resisting arrest with violence, possession of cocaine and one count discharging a firearm in public.
Terry McQueen, 37, Southwest Ninth Street, was arrested Oct. 22 by OCSO and charged with possession of MDPV over 10 grams, sale of cocaine within 1,000 feet of a specified area and possession with intent to sell within 1,000 feet. Bond was set at $1,000.
Rene Nunez, 47, Southwest Second Avenue, was arrested Oct. 22 by OCSO and charged with aggravated battery causing bodily harm or disability and tampering in a second-degree proceeding. Bond was set at $10,000.
Dadricka Riles, 32, Northeast 13th Avenue, was arrested Oct. 21 by OCSO and charged with possession of a schedule I drug over 10 grams and possession of schedule I, III or IV drugs. Bond was set at $105,000.
Tavares Whitehead, 25, Northeast 11th Street, was arrested Oct. 21 by OCSO and charged with possession of cocaine. Bond was set at $5,000.
Mark Cabrera, 42, U.S. 441 Southeast, was arrested Oct. 22 by OCSO and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Bond was set at $5,000.
Julio Chavez, 27, Northwest 12th Street, was arrested Oct. 22 by OCSO and charged with DUI. Bond to be set.
Alvaro Sanchez, 47, Northwest 22nd Avenue, was arrested Oct. 22 by OCSO and charged with DUI. Bond was set at $500.
Leonardo Benitez, 28, Northwest 10th Avenue, was arrested Oct. 23 by OCSO and charged with operating a motor vehicle without a license, possession of cocaine with intent to sell, introduction of contraband into a detention facility and resisting arrest. Bond was set at $12,000.
Thomas Giacopelli, 35, Southwest 28th Street, was arrested Oct. 23 by OCSO and charged with failure to obey order to stop, driving without a license second offense and giving false information to law enforcement. Bond was set at $27,000.
Raul Pineda, 27, Fort Pierce, was arrested Oct. 23 by OCSO and charged with possession of cocaine. Bond was set at $5,000.
Mark Eason, 42, Northeast 11th Street, was arrested Oct. 24 by OCSO and charged with driving without a license third or subsequent offense. Bond was set at $5,000.
Calina Kimla, 31, Southeast 36th Avenue, was arrested Oct. 24 by OCSO and charged with possession of fentanyl with intent to sell and sale of fentanyl. Bond was set at $120,000.
Jesse King, 58, Northeast 14th Street, was arrested Oct. 24 by OCSO and charged with possession of cocaine, resisting arrest and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $3,000.
Terry McQueen Jr., 37, Southwest Ninth Street, was arrested Oct. 24 by OCSO and charged with possession of cocaine. Bond was set at $100,000.
Daniel Cottone, 32, Southeast 11th Street, was arrested Oct. 25 by OCSO and charged with burglary with assault or battery. Bond was set at $50,000.
Lance Hamblen, 28, Southeast 28th Street, was arrested Oct. 25 by OCSO and charged with possession of fentanyl. Bond was set at $60,000.
John Stallsmith, 51, Ohio, was arrested Oct. 25 by OCSO and charged with DUI and possession of marijuana. Bond was set at $1,000.
Travis Flint, 37, Lake Placid, was arrested Oct. 26 by OCSO and charged with trafficking methamphetamine, possession of oxycodone, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving without a license. Bond was set at $56,000.
Jimmy Wellman, 30, Northwest 34th Avenue, was arrested Oct. 26 by OCSO and charged with robbery by sudden snatching and battery. Bond was set at $5,750.
