Okeechobee Arrest Report

The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Okeechobee County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO), the Okeechobee City Police Department (OCPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), the Department of Corrections (DOC) or the Okeechobee Narcotics Task Force (ONTF).

• Yuriheleng Guitierrez, 40, Northeast 64^th Avenue, was arrested Nov. 3 by OCPD and charged with possession of cocaine, possession of drug paraphernalia and grand theft. Bond was set at $11,000.
• Sean Craven, 58, State Road 78 West, was arrested Nov. 4 by OCSO and charged with possession of marijuana near a specified area, possession of marijuana over 20 grams, possession of marijuana under 20 grams and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $80,000.
• Gary German, 56, Fort Lauderdale, was arrested Nov. 4 and charged with possession of marijuana under 20 grams, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession with intent to sell within a specified area. Bond was set at $70,000.
• Alberto Gonzalez, 25, Hialeah, was arrested Nov. 4 by OCSO and charged with grand theft. Bond was set at $10,000.
• Walter Fowler, 62, Northeast Fifth Street, was arrested Nov. 5 by OCSO and charged with DUI, DUI crash with damage, possession of cocaine and possession of a controlled substance without a prescription. Bond was set at $5,000.
• Christine Smoak, 27, Miami, was arrested Nov. 5 by OCSO and charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana over 20 grams. Bond was set at $40,000.
• Jeffrey Griffin Jr., 29, Northwest 30^th Street, was arrested Nov. 6 by OCSO and charged with assault with a deadly weapon. Bond was set at $2,500.
• Earl Wadlington III, was arrested Nov. 6 by OCSO and charged with resisting arrest, threatening violence and grand theft. Bond was set at $4,000.
• Glenn Struve, 54, North Port, was arrested Nov.4 by OCSO and charged with DUI. Bond was set at $750.
• Eusebio Albarran, 58, Southeast 15^th Avenue, was arrested Nov. 6 by OCSO and charged with DUI and driving without a license. Bond was set at $1,500.
• Diana Yoakum, 76, North Palm Beach, was arrested Nov. 6 by OCSO and charged with DUI. Bond was set at $500.
• Travis Butts, 29, Northwest 11^th Street, was arrested Nov. 7 by OCSO and charged with failure to register. Bond was set at $5,000.
• Samuel Harrison, 45, Sebring, was arrested Nov. 7 by OCPD and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of meth, Bond was set at $3,500.
• Arionna Mitchell, 19, Jacksonville, was arrested Nov. 7 by OCSO and charged with inmate possessing contraband. Bond was set at $10,000.
• Miguel Ramirez, 47, Northwest 46^th Avenue, was arrested Nov. 7 by OCSO and charged with child abuse. Bond was set at $5,000.
• Royalty Stevenson, 41, Tacoma, was arrested Nov. 7 by OCSO and charged with inmate possessing contraband. Bond was set at $10,000.
