Okeechobee Arrest Report

OKEECHOBEE — The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Okeechobee County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO), the Okeechobee City Police Department (OCPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), the Department of Corrections (DOC) or the Okeechobee Narcotics Task Force (ONTF).

• Brandon Duff, 35, U.S. 441 North, was arrested Nov. 17 by OCSO and charged with possession of meth, possession of cocaine, use and/or possession of drug paraphanalia, driving without valid license, unassigned license, and five counts of contempt of court.

• Crystal Harmon, 37, Post Office Road, Kenansville, was arrested Nov. 17 by OCPD and charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession and/or use of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $3,500.

• Cesar Ramirez, 18, Northeast 31st Terrace, was arrested Nov. 17 by OCSO and charged with theft of firearm, carrying concealed firearm, and possession of marijuana over 20 grams. Bond was set at $15,000.

• Hilliard Gopher, 32, North Tucker Ridge Road, was arrested Nov. 18 by OCPD and charged with cocaine possession, driving while license suspended third offense, and attached registered license plate not assigned. Bond was set at $11,000.

• Joleen Robinson, 36, Southwest Third St., was arrested Nov. 21 by OCSO and charged with possession of Fentenyl. Bond was set at $5,000.
