Okeechobee Arrest Report

The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Okeechobee County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO), the Okeechobee City Police Department (OCPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), the Department of Corrections (DOC) or the Okeechobee Narcotics Task Force (ONTF).

  • Jackson Chantrelle, 41, Lehigh Acres, was arrested Feb. 7, by OCSO and charged with DUI, resisting arrest, possession of marijuana under 20 grams and open container in vehicle. Bond was set at $2,000.
  • Olger Alberto Cano Castillo, 39, Northwest Seventh Street, was arrested Feb. 7, by OCSO and charged with possession of cocaine. Bond was set at $5,000.
  • Crystal Hays, 30, Southeast 30th Street, was arrested Feb. 7, by OCSO and charged with grand theft. Bond was set at $2,500.
  • Christopher Lefebvre, 59, Southwest 35th Court, was arrested Feb. 7, by OCPD and charged with driving without a license/habitual offender, petit theft and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Bond was set at $3,500.
  • Alyssa McCorts, 21, Southeast 37th Avenue, was arrested Feb. 8, by OCSO and charged with grand theft. Bond was set at $2,500.
  • Christina Seymour, 45, Eustis, Fla., was arrested Feb. 9, by OCSO on a Missouri fugitive warrant. Bond was set at $20,000/cash only.
  • Brett Bartlik, 55, KOA, was arrested Feb. 9, by OCSO and charged with failure of a sex offender to notify of change of address. Bartlik was also wanted in Desoto County and is being held without bond.
  • Joseph Booker, 65, Northeast Fifth Trail, was arrested Feb. 9, by OCSO and charged with battery and hindering contact with law enforcement. Bond was set at $3,000.
  • Nikki MacDonald, 37, Southeast Third Court, was arrested Feb. 9, by OCSO and charged with insurance fraud. Bond was set at $2,500.
  • Jennifer Beltran De Jesus, 38, Northwest 22nd Avenue, was arrested Feb. 12, by OCSO and charged with DUI. Bond was set at $500.
  • Frederico Perez, 23, Northwest Seventh Street, was arrested Feb. 12, by OCSO and charged with possession of methamphetamine and operating a motor vehicle without a license. Bond was set at $5,500.
  • Joseph Harley Davidson Acquaotta, 55, Northeast 13th Avenue, was arrested Feb. 11, by OCSO and charged with battery on a person 65 years old or older. Bond was set at $2,500.
  • Michael Allessio, 55, Northwest Second Street, was arrested Feb. 11, by OCSO and charged with possession of oxycodone, DUI and driving without a license. Bond was set at $7,000.
  • Yordar Amaguer Gonzalez, 28, North Palm Beach, was arrested Feb. 11, by OCSO and charged with DUI and operating a vehicle without a license. Bond was set at $2,000.
  • Nancy Beddoe, 43, U.S. 441 Southeast, was arrested Feb. 11, by OCPD and charged with DUI and driving without a license first offense. Bond was set at $3,500.
  • Kyler Jordan, 29, Jacksonville, was arrested Feb. 10, by OCSO and charged with fleeing without regard to safety of others and habitually driving with a suspended license. Bond was set at $12,500.
  • Christopher Lefebvre, 59, Southwest 35th Court, was arrested Feb. 10, by OCPD and charged with grand theft and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Bond was set at $5,000.
  • Jason Maerki, 44, U.S. 441 Southeast, was arrested Feb. 10, by OCSO and charged with intimidating a witness. Bond was set at $2,500.
  • Jasmine Rebollo, 11, Northwest 12th Avenue, was arrested Feb. 10, by OCSO and charged with possession of THC. She was released to her parent’s custody.
