Okeechobee Arrest Report
The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Okeechobee County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO), the Okeechobee City Police Department (OCPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), the Department of Corrections (DOC) or the Okeechobee Narcotics Task Force (ONTF).
- Phillippe Chisolm Jr., 17, Gainesville, was arrested Feb. 14, by OCSO and charged with inciting a riot and two counts battery on detention staff. Bond was set at $15,000.
- Aaren Gancerez, 19, Northwest Third Street, was arrested Feb. 14, by OCSO and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Bond was set at $50,000.
- Benny Patterson, 43, Southwest Second Street, was arrested Feb. 14, by OCPD and charged with two counts aggravated assault on a law enforcement officer with a deadly weapon. Bond was set at $100,000.
- Florencio Salaz Rangel, 16, Northeast 80th Avenue, was arrested Feb. 14, by OCSO and charged with accessory after the fact and tampering with evidence. Bond was set at $10,000.
- Francesca Hernandez, 49, State Road 70 West, was arrested Feb. 13, by OCSO and charged with battery on a person 65 years or older. Bond was set at $5,000.
- Clayton Jenkins, 34, Southwest 28th Street, was arrested Feb. 13, by OCSO and charged with DUI, possession of a schedule II drug and introduction of contraband into a detention facility. Bond was set at $10,500.
- Vincent Pirozzi, 31, Southeast Seventh Street, was arrested Feb. 14, by OCSO and charged with grand theft auto. Bond was set at $5,000.
- Adam White, 21, Northwest 18th Street, was arrested Feb. 14, by OCSO and charged with burglary with assault. Bond was set at $25,000.
- John David Thomas, 56, Northwest 141st Street, was arrested Feb. 16, by OCSO and charged with DUI. Bond was set at $2,500.
- Franklin Brown Jr., 30, Northwest 22nd Lane, was arrested Feb. 16, by OCSO and charged with robbery without a weapon. Bond was set at $25,000 with a hold until first appearance.
- Rachel Garcia-Vargas, 39, Southeast 21st Court, was arrested Feb. 16, by OCSO and charged with use of another person’s identification without permission and providing false information to a pawn shop. Bond was set at $10,000.
- Frederick Holecek, 43, Northwest 82nd Court, was arrested Feb. 16, by OCSO and charged with DUI, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of methamphetamine. Bond was set at $3,000.
- Thalia Sanmartin, 19, Southeast 21st Court, was arrested Feb. 16, by OCSO and charged with using another person’s identification without permission and giving false information to a pawn shop. Bond was set at $10,000.
- Joshua Stevens, 37, Southeast 95th Trail, was arrested Feb. 16, by OCSO and charged with assault by a detainee. Bond was set at $2,500.
- Markell Tillman, 30, West Palm Beach, was arrested Feb. 16, by OCSO and charged with assault by a detainee. Bond was set at $2,500.
- Anthony Vickers, 30, Northwest 286th Street, was arrested Feb. 16, by OCSO and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and battery. Bond was set at $11,000.
- Bruce Cruce, 14, Southeast 95th Trail, was arrested Feb. 17, by OCSO and charged with threatening to kill or injure. He was transferred to the custody of the DOJJ.
- Cory McGuigan, 33, Northwest 27th Street, was arrested Feb. 17, by OCSO and charged with DUI and driving without a license. Bond was set at $1,500.
- Nathan Starcher, 24, Northwest 47th Avenue, was arrested Feb. 17, by OCSO and charged with sale of methamphetamine and possession with intent to sell. Bond was set at $20,000.
- Eliborio Bucio, 25, Northeast 37th Street, was arrested Feb. 18, by OCSO and charged with DUI. Bond was set at $1,000.
- Richard Land, 45, Northwest 16th Street, was arrested Feb. 18, by OCPD and charged with robbery by sudden snatching and criminal mischief. Bond was set at $10,000.
- Kristopher Rommel, 42, Southeast 23rd Terrace, was arrested Feb. 18, by OCSO and charged with battery on a person 65 years or older. Bond was set at $5,000.
- Justin Mann, 29, Northeast 14th Avenue, was arrested Feb. 19, by OCSO and charged with fleeing without regard to safety. Bond was set at $15,000.
