Okeechobee Arrest Report

The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Okeechobee County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO), the Okeechobee City Police Department (OCPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), the Department of Corrections (DOC) or the Okeechobee Narcotics Task Force (ONTF).

  • John Meara, 46, Northwest 284th Street, was arrested March 13 by OCSO and charged with sale of methamphetamine and possession with intent to sell. Bond was set at $100,000.
  • Kimberly Peterman, 36, Okeechobee, was arrested March 13 by OCSO and charged with fraud and grand theft. Bond was set at $10,000.
  • Jeffrey Davis Jr., 47, Southeast 38th Trail, was arrested March 14 by OCSO and charged with driving without a license/third or subsequent offense. Bond was set at $5,000.
  • Dante Robinson, 21, Moore Haven, was arrested March 14 by OCSO and charged with six counts aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, firing a missile into a building or vehicle, causing a child to become delinquent, criminal mischief and firing a weapon in public. Bond was set at $113,000.
  • Sherman Bryant, 42, Southeast 34th Avenue, was arrested March 15 by OCSO and charged with two counts failure to appear. He is being held without bond.
  • Jeffrey Lightsey, 33, Northwest Seventh Street, was arrested March 15 by OCSO and charged with three counts forgery, one count grand theft and one count unarmed burglary. Bond was set at $30,000.
  • Robert Flesche, 35, Northwest 10th Avenue, was arrested March 16 by OCSO and charged wsith aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Bond was set at $100,000.
  • Amanda Jones-Curry, 44, Southeast 21st Court, was arrested March 16 by OCSO and charged with grand theft and fraud. Bond was set at $10,000.
  • Enevin Lutjen, 38, Southwest 28th Street, was arrested March 16 by OCSO and charged with domestic battery by strangulation and resisting arrest without violence. Bond was set at $4,250.
  • Lorenzo Martinez Jr., 33, Northwest 34th Street, was charged with violation of probation on felony charges. He is being held without bond.
  • Alan Ouellet, 36, at large, was arrested March 16 by OCSO and charged with sale of methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine, possession of fentanyl, possession with intent to sell and two violations of probation. He is being held without bond.
  • Michael Voldrich, 48, Naples, was arrested March 16 by OCPD and charged with burglary of an occupied residence and burglary of an unoccupied residence. Bond was set at $40,000.
  • Kenny Whaley, 52, Southwest Third Avenue, was arrested March 26 by OCSO and charged with forgery. Bond was set at $2,500.
  • Jackie Adcock, 64, Northwest 42nd Avenue, was arrested March 17 by OCSO and charged with lewd and lascivious exhibition with a victim under the age of 16. Bond was set at $100,000.
  • Alfred Moore, 38, Southwest 22nd Street, was arrested March 17 by OCSO and charged with domestic battery by strangulation. Bond was set at $20,000.
  • Clinton Girtman, 32, Southeast 28th Street, was arrested March 18 by OCPD and charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $6,000.
  • Anita Martinez, 25, Northwest 34th Avenue, was arrested March 18 by OCSO and charged with DUI. Bond was set at $500.
  • Edwin Santos, 20, Southwest 11th Avenue, was arrested March 18 by OCSO and charged with grand theft of a firearm and carrying a concealed firearm. Bond was set at $10,000.
  • Drexel Williams, 53, Southeast 86th Boulevard, was arrested March 18 by OCSO and charged with battery on a law enforcement officer and resisting arrest without violence. Bond was set at $6,000.
  • Richard Chance, 38, Northwest First Parkway, was arrested March 19 by OCSO and charged with arson. Bond was set at $10,000.
  • Alex Luarca, 23, Southwest 23rd Avenue, was arrested March 19 by OCSO and charged with grand theft auto, fleeing without regard to public safety, resisting arrest without violence and driving without a license. Bond was set at $16,500.
