The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Okeechobee County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO), the Okeechobee City Police Department (OCPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), the Department of Corrections (DOC) or the Okeechobee Narcotics Task Force (ONTF).

• Martin Delgado, 14, Northeast 55^th Trail, was arrested May 15, by OCSO and charged with firing a missile/projectile into a building/vehicle. He was transferred to Department of Juvenile Justice (DJJ).
• Justice Boswell, 20, Northeast 13^th Avenue, was arrested May 15, by OCSO and charged with burglary with assault. Bond was set at $15,000.
• Joseph Duane, 32, Haverhill, was arrested May 15, by OCSO and charged with assault with a deadly weapon, grand theft of a firearm, possession of ammunition by a convicted felon and possession of a weapon by a convicted felon. Bond was set at $40,000.
• Chris Gaona, 36, at large, was arrested May 15, by OCSO and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, improper exhibition of a firearm and causing a minor to become delinquent. Bond was set at $6,000.
• Michael Morris, 56, Northwest Sixth Avenue, was arrested May 16, by OCSO and charged with grand theft and fraud. Bond was set at $5,000.
• Stephen Seery, 36, N.Y., was arrested May 16, on an out of state fugitive warrant. He is being held without bond.
• Joshua Taylor, 40, Southeast 27^th Street, was arrested May 16, by OCSO and charged with use of a firearm while under the influence of alcohol, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and firing a weapon in public. Bond was set at $12,000.
• Justin Welz, 33, Northwest 338^th Street, was arrested May 16, by OCSO and charged with possession of an MDMA, possession of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana. Bond was set at $15,000.
• Damian Azucey, 18, Southeast 27^th Street, was arrested May 18, by OCSO and charged with violation of probation on possession of marijuana over 20 grams charges. He is being held without bond.
• Damon Cook, 43, Southeast 96^th Circle, was arrested May 18, by OCSO and charged with possession of a controlled substance without a prescription and driving without a license. Bond was set at $5,500.
• Tudor Nurse, 33, Florida State Prison, was arrested May 18, by OCSO and charged with two counts battery on law enforcement. Bond was set at $10,000.
• Juan Jesus Rebolla Jr., 31, Southeast 14^th Avenue, was arrested May 18, by OCSO and charged with sale of a controlled substance. Bond was set at $1,000.
• Jesus Joel Alberto Rodriguez, 38, Lake Placid, was arrested May 19, by OCPD and charged with driving without a license/habitual offender. Bond was set at $5,000.
• Simon Turner, 38, Northwest 258^th Street, was arrested May 19, by OCSO and charged with robbery by sudden snatching without a firearm and two counts battery. Bond was set at $4,500.
• Rafael Jose Arellano, 25, Northeast 29^th Terrace, was arrested May 20 by OCPD and charged with DUI/first offense. He was charged with DUI in October 2022, but that charge was later dropped. Bond was set at $2,500.
• James Edwards, 22, Northwest 31^st Avenue, was arrested May 20, by OCSO and charged with DUI with damage. Bond was set at $1,000.
• Alexis Resendiz, 17, Northwest 39^th Circle, was arrested May 20, by OCPD and charged with fleeing law enforcement at high speed. He was released to a parent.
• Elvis Jahuey, 23, Clearwater, was arrested May 21, by OCSO and charged with unarmed burglary of an occupied conveyance. Bond was set at $5,000.
• Mark Joiner, 34, Southeast Fourth Street, was arrested May 21, by OCSO and charged with DUI. Bond was set at $2,000.
• Ely McKinister, 42, Port St. Lucie, was arrested May 21, by OCPD and charged with DUI/first offense. Bond was set at $1,000.
• Charlie Micco, 42, Northwest Third Street, was arrested May 21, by OCSO and charged with grand theft. Bond was set at $2,500.
