The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Okeechobee County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO), the Okeechobee City Police Department (OCPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), the Department of Corrections (DOC) or the Okeechobee Narcotics Task Force (ONTF).

• Judson Franklin, 43, Northwest 21^st Avenue, was arrested May 26 by OCSO and charged with DUI. Bond was set at $1,000.
• Scott Johnstone, 59, Southeast Eighth Street, was arrested May 26 by OCSO and charged with felony criminal mischief, stalking and trespass. Bond was set at $7,000. Johnstone was also arrested on May 27 and was charged with failure to report a change of ownership on a vehicle, failure to register, possession of fentanyl and driving without a license. Bond was set at $10,500.
• Jesus Santibanes, 18, Southeast 40^th Avenue, was arrested May 26 by OCSO and charged with grand theft of a firearm. Bond was set at $5,000.
• Wayne Blackmon, 44, Northwest 92^nd Court, was arrested May 27 by OCSO and charged with possession of fentanyl, failure to report change of vehicle ownership, failure to register and driving without a license. Bond was set at $5,500.
• Ronald Lowry Jr., 50, Southeast 27^th Street, was arrested May 27 by OCSO and charged with DUI. Bond was set at $1,000.
• Vincent Pirozzi, 31, Southeast Seventh Street, was arrested May 27 by OCPD and charged with aggravated battery with a deadly weapon, burglary, petit theft and resisting arrest. Bond was set at $21,500.
• Daniel Robledo, 54, Northwest 39^th Circle, was arrested May 27 by OCSO and charged with aggravated battery. Bond was set at $5,000.
• David Garber, 34, State Road 78 West, was arrested May 28 by OCSO and charged with domestic battery by strangulation. Bond was set at $5,000.
• Cathleen Garrett, 59, Casey Lane, was arrested May 30 by OCSO and charged with possession with intent to sell. Bond was set at $10,000.
• Christina Garrett, 39, at large, was arrested May 30 by OCSO and charged with possession with intent to sell. Bond was set at $10,000.
• Crystal Harmon, 37, Kenansville, was arrested May 30 by OCPD and charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $11,000.
• Joshua Rosso, 27, at large, was arrested May 30 by OCSO and charged with possession with intent to sell. Bond was set at $10,000.
• Rey Gomez, 49, Northwest 30^th Street, was arrested May 31 by OCSO and charged with failure to report an internet page and failure to register as required. Bond was set at $10,000.
• Robert Simmons, 48, Northwest 46^th Avenue, was arrested May 31 by OCSO and charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of marijuana under 20 grams. Bond was set at
  $5,500.
• Jordan Rickard, 19, Northeast 11^th Court, was arrested May 31 by OCSO and charged with using a computer to lure a child, promote a sexual performance by a child, possession of a photo of a sexual performance by a child and using two-way communication to facilitate a felony. Bond was set at $150,000.
• Clinton Girtman, 32, Southeast 38^th Trail, was arrested June 1 by OCSO and charged with failure to return leased property. Bond was set at $2,500.
• Telly Salvolas Andrews, 48, Northeast 103^rd Avenue, was arrested June 2 by OCSO and charged with sale of drugs near a specified area and possession with intent to sell near a specified area. Bond was set at $100,000.
• Melissa Carter, 32, Southeast 57^th Drive, was arrested June 2 by OCSO and charged with aggravated battery with a deadly weapon. Bond was set at $25,000.
• James Doheny Jr., 40, Northwest Ninth Street, was arrested June 3 by OCSO and charged with accessory after the fact of life felony, mishandling a dead human body and tampering with evidence. Bond was set at $265,000.
• Roberto Antonio Estrella, 42, Southwest Eighth Street, was arrested June 3 by OCSO and charged with DUI. Bond was set at $1,000.
• Lora Gardner, 62, Northeast 30^th Terrace, was arrested June 3 by OCSO and charged with aiding in an escape. Bond was set at $15,000.
• Joseph Snowball, 30, Southeast 25^th Street, was arrested June 4 by OCSO and charged with DUI with damage and driving without a license. Bond was set at $1,250.
• Michael Wood, 42, Northwest Fourth Street, was arrested June 4 by OCSO and charged with possession of a controlled substance without a prescription. Bond was set at $5,000.
