Okeechobee County announces countywide road paving project

OKEECHOBEE — Okeechobee County and our contracted paving vendor, C. W. Roberts Contracting, Inc., have scheduled the County’s annual road paving project to begin on Wednesday, June 8, 2022 and is expected to be completed by August/September 2022. The list and proposed schedule of all roadways, intersections and road cuts to be paved are attached below.

Please note that the proposed paving schedule below may change depending upon weather over the expected project time period.

Drivers are urged to use caution and plan ahead to allow for more time to pass through the area as the traffic volume on surrounding streets may be higher than usual.
