The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Okeechobee County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO), the Okeechobee City Police Department (OPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), the Department of Corrections (DOC) or the Okeechobee Narcotics Task Force (ONTF).

• James Wiggs, 35, Lake Placid, was arrested Nov. 26 by OCSO and charged with fleeing or eluding law enforcement with lights and siren active and driving without a license. Bond was set at $5,500.

• Donna Ramsey, 47, Southeast 44th Street, was arrested Nov. 27 by OCSO and charged with interfering with the custody of a child. She was released on her own recognizance.

• Mark Russelburg, 22, Northwest 46th Avenue, was arrested Nov. 28 by OCSO and charged with carrying a concealed firearm, two counts tampering with evidence, possession with intent to sell, manufacture or deliver, possession of marijuana resin and possession of a controlled substance without a prescription. Bond was set at $75,000.

• Brian Bishop, 20, Reservation Road, was arrested Nov. 29 by OCSO and charged with DUI and possession of alcohol by a person under the age of 21. Bond was set at $300.

• William Lindstrom, 55, Northwest 38th Avenue, was arrested Nov. 29 by OCSO and charged with aggravated battery with a deadly weapon and battery. Bond was set at $10,500.

• Gage Platt, 21, Southeast 27th Street, was arrested Nov. 29 by OCSO and charged with grand theft auto. Bond was set at $5,000.

• Edwin Lutjen, 35, Northwest Second Street, was arrested Nov. 30 by OCSO and charged with battery, second or subsequent offense. Bond was set at $5,000.

• Kysell Richardson, 21, Northwest 17th Avenue, was arrested Nov. 30 by OCSO and charged with home invasion with a firearm and use of a deadly weapon. Bond was set at $65,000.

• Marie Dusen, 48, Northeast 13th Avenue, was arrested Dec. 2 by ONTF and charged with possession of a controlled substance without a prescription. Bond was set at $5,000.

• Willard Leitner, 50, Northeast 103rd Avenue, was arrested Dec. 2 by ONTF and charged with possession of methamphetamine and tampering with evidence. Bond was set at $10,000.

• Joshua Madrigal, 22, North Tucker Ridge Road, was arrested Dec. 2 by OCSO and charged with felony battery by strangulation. Bond was set at $5,000.
