The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Okeechobee County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO), the Okeechobee City Police Department (OPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), the Department of Corrections (DOC) or the Okeechobee Narcotics Task Force (ONTF).

• Jose Contreras, 36, of Stuart, was arrested Oct. 25, by OCSO and charged with DUI. Bond was set at $500.

• Dadricka Laseria, 31, of N.E. 13th Avenue, was arrested Oct. 25, by OCSO and charged with possession of cocaine. No bond was set.

• Shawn Thomas Eckenwiler, 39, of Lake Drive, was arrested Oct. 25, and charged with aggravated battery. Bond was set at $7,500.

• Eric Andrew Pena, 33, of Okeechobee, was arrested Oct. 25 and charged with possession of methamphetamine, violation of probation/community control and tampering with physical evidence. No bond was set.

• Michael Jordan Calvo Urgelles, 19, of Orlando, was arrested Oct. 25 and charged with methamphetamine. Bond was set at $50,000.

• Codene Shine Jumper, 32, of Avon Park, was arrested Oct. 25, and charged with 10 counts of contempt of court/failure to appear on felony drug charges.

• Rachael Michelle Miller, 33, of N.W. 252nd Street, was arrested Oct. 26 by OCSO and charged with DUI. Bond was set at $500.

• Pedro Saucedo, 32, of N.W. 98th Street, was arrested Oct. 26 by OCSO and charged with felony counts of domestic battery by strangulation, and theft by sudden snatching without firearm or weapon. He was also charged with a misdemeanor count of battery. Bond was set at $20,000.

• Glenda Nichole Shank, 32, of Lake Drive in Buckhead Ridge, was arrested Oct. 26 by OCSO and charged with violation of community control – possession of methamphetamine. No bond was set.

• Kyle Martin, 33, of Okeechobee at large, was arrested Oct. 27, by OCSO on out of county warrants,

• Bruce Edward Bass, 38, of S.E. 57th Terrace, was arrested Oct. 27 by OCSO and charged with sale of a controlled substance – hydromorphone and delivery of a controlled substance – hydromorphone. Bond was set at $80,000.

• Travis Eugene Butts, 28, of N.W. 11th Street, was arrested Oct. 27 by OCPD and charged with violation of probation- making a false report of child abuse. No bond was set.

• Eulonia Darlene Herron, 39, of N.E. 55th Trail, was arrested Oct. 27 by OCSO and charged with grand theft of a motor vehicle. Bond was set at $5,000.
