Okeechobee Arrest Report

The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Okeechobee County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO), the Okeechobee City Police Department (OCPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), the Department of Corrections (DOC) or the Okeechobee Narcotics Task Force (ONTF).

• Melvin Turnage, 51, no address, was arrested August 17 by OCSO on an out of state fugitive warrant. He is being held without bond.
• Scott Saip, 54, Southwest First Way, was arrested August 17 by OCSO and charged with driving on a permanently revoked drivers’ license. He is being held with no bond.
• Tiffany Prevost, 49, Northwest First Street, was arrested Aug. 17 by OCSO and charged with possession of a harmful new legend drug without a prescription, possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $6,250.
• Kysell Richardson, 23, North Parrott Avenue, was arrested Aug. 17 by ONTF and charged with sale of cocaine within 1,000 feet of a church and possession of cocaine with intent to sell within 1,000 feet of a church. Bond was set at $80,000.
• Phillip Gonzales, 39, Saint Cloud, was arrested Aug. 17 by OCSO and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, DUI, possession of cocaine, possession of fentanyl. Bond was set at $11,000.
• Brandon Duff, 34, homeless, was arrested Aug. 16 by OCSO and charged with possession of a controlled substance without a prescription and petty theft. Bond was set at $5,500.

• Matthew Ramirez, 36, SE 19th Court, was arrested Aug. 16 by OCSO and charged with burglary with assault or battery. Bond was set at $25,000.
• Jennifer Seipert, 28, SE 57th Dr, was arrested Aug. 16 by OCSO and charged with possession of fentanyl with intent to sell and sale of fentanyl. Bond was set at $80,000.
• Tyler Jones, 35, Southeast 57th Drive, was arrested Aug. 16 by OCSO and charged with possession of fentanyl with intent to sell and sale of a controlled substance. Bond was set at $30,000.
• Jodi Pipkins, 30, Clewiston, was arrested Aug. 15 by OCSO and charged with contempt of court. The charges were later dismissed.
• Stacy Raulerson, 45, Southeast 25^th Drive, was arrested on Aug. 15 by OCSO and charged with use or possession of the identification of another person without consent, fraud and petit theft. Bond was set at $11,000.
• Jesus Amaya, 46, Southwest 3rd Ave, was arrested Aug. 14 by OCSO and charged with DUI. Bond was set at $500.
• EvaDean Lydecker, 48, Northeast 8th Avenue, was arrested Aug. 14 by OCSO and charged with DUI. Bond was set at $500.
• Casey Platt, 34, Moore Haven, was arrested Aug. 14 by OCSO and charged with possession of cocaine, possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $11,000.
• Matias Bello, 27, was arrested Aug. 14 by OCSO and charged with tampering with evidence DUI and operating a motor vehicle without a valid driver’s license. Bond was set at $6000.
• Victor Salas, 28, Auburndale, was arrested Aug. 13 by OCSO and charged with drug possession, tampering or fabricating evidence, possession of methamphetamine with intent to set sell, possession of cocaine, Possession of alprazolam, possession of clonazepam, failure to obey law enforcement order to stop, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving without a license with knowledge. Bond was set at $287,000.
• Saide Cerullo, 23, Lake Alfred, was Arrested Aug. 13 by OCSO and charged with drug possession, possession of cocaine, possession of alprazolam, possession of clonazepam, possession of marijuana over 20 grams and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $105,000.
• Toby Lee, 32, SE 58th Drive, was arrested Aug. 13 by OCSO and charged with possession of fentanyl and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $5250.
• Reyes Rivas, 17, Northeast 11^th Street, was arrested Aug. 12 by OCSO and charged with armed burglary of a dwelling or conveyance and petty theft. Bond was set at $101,500.
• Austin Smith, 21, NW 21st Lane, was arrested Aug. 12 by OCSO and charged with possession of marijuana with intent to sell, possession of marijuana over 20 grams, possession of marijuana under 20 grams and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $13,500.
• Karly Mendiola, 20, Texas, was arrested Aug. 12 by OCSO and charged with armed burglary of a dwelling structure or conveyance. Bond was set at $25,000.
• Jay Valentin, 20, Texas, was arrested Aug. 12 by OCSO and charged with armed burglary of a structure or conveyance. bond was set at $25,000.
• Jessica Beecham, 45, Northwest 35th Ave, was arrested Aug. 11 by OCSO and charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana under 20 grams, driving without a license with knowledge and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $123,000.
• Gerald Roundtree, 37, Stuart, was arrested Aug. 11 by OCSO and charged with possession of a weapon or ammunition by a convicted felon, possession of fentanyl and resisting arrest without violence. Bond was set at $610,000.
• Zegery Reeves, 29, Fort Pierce, was arrested Aug. 11 by OC SO and charged with obstruction without violence, possession of a weapon or ammunition by a convicted felon, possession of a schedule I drug, possession of cocaine, possession of controlled substance without a prescription and tampering with evidence. Bond was set at $231,000.
• Aubrey Waldron, 40, Northwest 35th Avenue, was arrested Aug. 11 by OCSO and charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $6,000.
• Angela Beecham, 64, Northwest 35th Ave, was arrested Aug. 11 by OCSO and charged with possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine, possession of marijuana under 20 grams, tampering with evidence and resisting arrest without violence. Bond was set at $47,000.
• David Thomas, 67, Northwest 35th Avenue, was arrested Aug. 11 by OCSO and charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $6000.
• Cole Thomas, 40, Northwest 35th Avenue, was arrested Aug. 11 by OCSO and charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $6000.
• Jesus Marin, 19, Southeast 34^th Avenue, was arrested Aug. 11 by OCSO and charged with DUI and driving without a license. Bond was set at $1,000.
• Nabel Romero-Rodriguez, was arrested Aug. 11 by OCPD and charged with grand theft. Bond was set at $5,000.
• Viunaikys Hernandez, 44, Southwest Third Avenue, was arrested Aug. 11 by OCPD and charged with grand theft. Bond was set at $5,000.
• Rocky Snell, 44, NW 11th St, was arrested Aug. 11 by OC PD and charged with six counts giving false information to a pawn shop and six counts dealing in stolen property. Bond was set at $30,000.
