OKEECHOBEE — The Okeechobee City Police Department appreciates the donation from Ash Ahmed, the owner of the Okeechobee Motel. The donation was earmarked for armory equipment and training.
"Mr. Ahmed was very generous in his giving towards our equipment," said Reyna. He said he likes giving back to the community and knows the money will be put to good use.
