OSWCD announces poster contest winners

OKEECHOBEE — The Okeechobee Soil and Water Conservation District (OSWCD) is happy to announce the winners of its annual poster contest! This year’s theme was “One Water”, focusing on the important role of watersheds. Prizes in each grade division included first place $50, second place $35, third place $20. Congratulations to the following students:

Kindergarten through first grade:
• First place went to Emberlyn Mullins,
• Second place went to Campbell Streelman, and
• Third place went to Judah Szentmartoni.

Second through third grades:
• First place went to Zaylie Ramirez,

• Second place went to Alyssa Raulerson, and
• Third place went to Beatrice Chavez.

Fourth through sixth grades:
• First place went to Daiden Pomeroy,
• Second place went to Luke Streelman, and
• Third place went to Caden Bass.

Seventh through ninth grades:
• First placee went to Isabell Fuentes,
• Second place went to Emoni Taylor, and
• Third place went to Eliza Dias.

10th-12th grades:
• First place went to Clea Judilla,
• Second place went to Gracie Hutson, and
• Third place went to Judy Sienes.
